ABOUT JOE LANO

Internationally acclaimed guitarist, arranger, and orchestrator, Joe Lano is originally from Philadelphia, where he began performing in nightclubs with his own group at the age of 12. In 1964, tours with Lena Horne led him to Las Vegas, where he now resides. Lano’s performance schedule today includes gigs, clinics, and tours with his group; showroom and hotel engagements in Las Vegas; arranging and producing projects for recording and live performance; and the occasional tour with headline performers. He has been guitarist for the Jerry Lewis Labor Day Telethon for more than 25 years.

ABOUT TOM SCOTT

Tom Scott is a renowned composer, arranger, producer, music director, saxophonist, and educator. His 33 solo recordings have earned him 13 Grammy nominations and 3 Grammy awards. In 2013 he produced a CD for young ukulele master Brittni Paiva which won a Hawaiian Grammy for ‘Ukulele Album of the Year’, and in 2017 received his first Emmy Award nomination for Musical Direction of the Tony Bennett 90th Birthday TV Special on NBC.

ABOUT DOMAS ŽEROMSKAS

The 23-year-old Lithuanian jazz pianist and composer has spent his early formative years on stage alongside prominent native jazz veterans. By the time he graduated high school, Domas was already a sought-after player, known for his technical versatility and soulful, eclectic taste. At the age of 18 Žeromskas released his debut album “Infinite Itinerant,” showcasing original music composed and arranged during his teenage years, some tunes dating back to 2015. Along with an abundant team of Lithuanian musicians, the album featured guest performances from Braxton Cook & Gustav Karlström. In the following years he has been recording and touring internationally with artists such as Jacques Schwarz-Bart, Gregory Tardy, Naledi Masilo and Eric Williams, among others.

ABOUT STEVE FLORA

Steve Flora was born in Indiana October 31, 1970, and has had a life-long obsession for music of all kinds, with a profound emphasis on American Jazz. He is currently in the Jazz Bass faculty for University of Nevada Las Vegas and The Nevada School of the Arts. Steve attended Broad Ripple High School’s Creative and Performing Arts program in Indianapolis, Berklee College of Music (Boston), and graduated from Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. He studied privately with Ray Brown, Milt Hinton, and François Rabbath.

ABOUT HÉCTOR L. FALU GUZMÁN

Guzmán is an up-and-coming drummer, composer, and aspiring ethnomusicologist hailing from the island of Puerto Rico, currently based in Boston, MA. Recently into his twenties, Héctor is a passionate young jazz artist dedicated both to learning from the history of the world and sharing his own stories, exploring new ideas and revisiting wisdom from older times in tandem. Notable performances as a sideman include Jacques Schwarz-Bart’s “Harlem Suite” at L’OFF Festival de Jazz de Montréal, and Gregory Tardy Quartet at Smalls Jazz Club. Héctor’s first release as bandleader, “Understanding Each Other,” came out March 22, 2023.

ABOUT BENNY BENACK III

By age 32, Emmy-nominated trumpeter and singer Benny Benack III has proven to be that rarest of talents: not only a fiery trumpet player with a stirring command of the postbop trumpet vernacular in the vein of Kenny Dorham and Freddie Hubbard, but also a singer with a sly, mature, naturally expressive delivery in the post-Sinatra mold, performing standards and his own astute songs with a thrilling sense of showmanship. This dual-threat ability was recognized by the 2022 Downbeat Critics Poll where he appeared as not only the #2 Rising Star Male Vocalist, but a top Rising Star Trumpeter as well. His superb intonation and bracing virtuosity enable him to handle astounding feats of originally composed vocalese (complex solos with written lyrics). On top of it all, he’s a highly capable pianist as well.

Benny has performed internationally as an Emcee/Host for the YouTube sensation Postmodern Jukebox and achieved his own viral success amassing millions of views for his crooning alongside the Grammy-award winning “8-Bit Big Band”. In early 2020 he released A Lot of Livin’ to Do, the follow-up to his well-received 2017 debut One of a Kind. This sophomore effort, richly varied in mood and brimming with bop inflection, features bassist extraordinaire and jazz ambassador Christian McBride (whose Grammy-award winning Big Band frequently calls upon Benny in the trumpet section) and drummer/producer Ulysses Owens, Jr., as well as the radiant Takeshi Ohbayashi on piano and Rhodes. His vocalese duet on “Social Call” from this album alongside fellow young star vocalist Veronica Swift became an instant smash hit single, being transcribed, and learned by jazz vocalists around the world.

ABOUT DAVE DAMIANI

Dave Damiani is an American singer, songwriter, producer based out of Los Angeles, CA. Having started as a bartender at the famed CHARLIE O’S JAZZ CLUB in Valley Village, CA, Dave Damiani had the opportunity to work, learn and become friends with some of the best musicians on the planet. In January Dave Damiani hosted his own hour on Sirius XM Siriuisly Sinatra #71, while hosting his good friend and New Jersey brother Joe Piscopo swung the studio say hi!

Note: FRANKY is pictured front and center

This year stands to set a new record for high temperatures with the sizzling heat FRANKY & THE ALL NIGHTERS plan to generate with their “Hot Vegas Nights” artist residency in Las Vegas. They’ve also released a new single and video, “Hot Vegas Nights.” Listen to it HERE and watch the video HERE.

FRANKY PEREZ—singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and Vegas native—will perform with his stellar band one show every month between June and October at Red Rock Casino Resort. The shows, all taking place on Friday nights, are as follows:

Red Rock Casino Resort: 6/7, 7/12, 8/9, 9/13, 10/18

To celebrate the Vegas residency, FRANKY & THE ALL NIGHTERS will release a teaser live EP recorded in Red Rocks Casino Resort, with a studio bonus track, out May 29 on all streaming platforms (more details TBA).

FRANKY PEREZ is a dynamic and engaging artist that can take any genre and make it his own. He was born to entertain, whether he’s performing one of his critically acclaimed originals, a moving ballad from the American songbook, or the latest in-demand pop hit. He delivers it all with an authenticity that will captivate any audience.  Life should be celebrated. And any great celebration demands a hot spot and a stage dripping with unparalleled entertainment.

In the “Hot Vegas Nights” show, FRANKY is backed by his band THE ALL NIGHTERS—which includes a blistering horn section and some of Las Vegas’ sexiest and most talented dancer/showgirls. No Vegas show would be complete without a variety of entertainment, so FRANKY is bringing along a revolving cast of up-and-coming comedians, specialty acts, and a burlesque troupe to warm up the audience. This show will be unrivaled and unlike anything on or off The Strip.

“I’m a huge fan of comedy and have always loved it when bands bring comics on the road with them or vice versa,” says FRANKY. “Mostly I want the audience to be engaged the entire night and experience something that hasn’t been done in years. A real Vegas variety show. That’s why we also decided to bring along one of the sexiest burlesque troops I’ve ever seen. Music, comics, showgirls, dancers, and burlesque! What’s more entertaining than that!?”

More Quotes from FRANKY PEREZ
About “Hot Vegas Nights”

What inspired you to form Franky & The All Nighters and call your show “Hot Vegas Nights”?
FRANKY: I was born and raised in Vegas and cut my teeth on the stages of this town. I learned how to entertain audiences from the greats that have graced those same stages before me. I’ve performed all over the world, but I am yet to find anything that compares to the perfect hot Vegas night, figuratively or literally. To answer your question, I don’t know about you but when I find something good…I want it to last ALL NIGHT!

Which songs will you perform? From which eras?
Along with some of my fan favorite originals I will be performing music from the ‘50s all the way to the current day.  When I choose songs for sets, I make sure that I believe wholeheartedly in each one. It makes for an honest set and a memorable evening. I will say that I plan on keeping the energy at a high-level and the band sweating all night long.

On May 17, to mark the 20th Anniversary of Grammy® Award winner TOMMY EMMANUEL’s landmark album Endless Road, the acoustic guitarist extraordinaire, composer, and global touring artist will release a newly remastered 20th anniversary edition of the album on digital outlets.

ENDLESS ROAD: 20TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION will include three never-before released live bonus tracks: “Mona Lisa (Live),” “Mr. Guitar (Live),” and “Morning Aire (Live),” the latter of which was unveiled today (May 2). Watch the video HERE. TOMMY will also release the original remastered album for the first time ever on vinyl.

TOMMY views Endless Road as a “wonderful album in my life and in my career. It has a lot of songs that I get asked to play, like ‘The Endless Road,’ ‘Angelina,’ ‘(The Man With The) Green Thumb,’ and ‘Mona Lisa.’” He adds that these songs “are dear to my heart and dear to my fans and friends out there.” Watch the album announcement trailer HERE.

ENDLESS ROAD: 20TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION also includes his covers of “Windy & Warm” and “Somewhere Over The Rainbow.” In addition, the remastered album will feature a live version of “Mr. Guitar.” (The studio version of the song, by TOMMY and Michael Cleveland, was released this past March as first single from the new multi-artist album WE STILL CAN’T SAY GOODBYE – A Musicians’ Tribute to Chet Atkins.) TOMMY recently wrote “Mr. Guitar” in honor of his idol and music icon Chet Atkins, who called TOMMY “one of the best guitar players I’ve ever seen.” In fact, TOMMY is one of five people ever named a CPG (Certified Guitar Player) by Chet Atkins, the innovator, songwriter, producer, record company executive, and visionary. Nashville and the music industry are preparing to celebrate what would have been his 100th birthday on June 20.

Meanwhile, TOMMY was honored this past February when he and guitar trio The String Revolution won the Grammy® Award in the “Best Arrangement, Instrumental or A Cappella” category for their unique reimagining of Johnny Cash’s classic “Folsom Prison Blues.” Sharing the Grammy Award with them was The Man in Black’s son John Carter Cash, who produced the single. Watch the video for “Folsom Prison Blues” HERE.

TOMMY is also coming off a dynamic 2023. He released his acclaimed collaborations album ACCOMPLICE TWO to great acclaim and earned the “Lifetime Achievement” Award from The National GUITAR Museum.

Here are TOMMY’s North American tour dates for 2024. The full international list of dates is HERE.

ABOUT TOMMY EMMANUEL:
TOMMY EMMANUEL has achieved enough musical milestones to satisfy several lifetimes. At the age of six, the Grammy® Award winner was touring regional Australia with his family band. By 30, he was a rock n’ roll lead guitarist burning up stadiums in Europe. At 44, he became one of five people ever named a CPG (Certified Guitar Player) by his idol, music icon Chet Atkins. Today, he plays hundreds of sold-out shows every year from Nashville to Sydney to London. He’s piled up numerous accolades, including two Grammy Award nominationstwo ARIA Awards from the Australian Recording Industry Association (the Aussie equivalent of the Recording Academy); repeated honors in the Guitar Player magazine reader’s poll including a cover story for their August 2017 issue; a cover feature for Vintage Guitar’s July 2020 issue; and was Music Radar’s reader’s poll #1 winner of the Ten Best Acoustic Guitarists in The World (December 2019). A noted fingerstyle guitarist, EMMANUEL frequently threads three different parts simultaneously into his material, operating as a one-man band who handles the melody, the supporting chords and the bass all at once. His talents, which translate in any language, carry him to the far corners of the globe, but EMMANUEL never plays the same show twice, and he improvises big chunks of every date. That leaves him open to those technical imperfections, though they also provide some of the humanity to an other-worldly talent.

ABOUT THE FUNERAL PORTRAIT:
THE FUNERAL PORTRAITLEE JENNINGS (vocals), CODY WEISSINGER (guitar), CALEB FREIHAUT (guitar/auxiliary), ROBERT WESTON (bass), and HOMER UMBANHOWER (drums)—have relentlessly toured across the country built an unwavering fanbase opening for acts including Shinedown, Ice Nine Kills, Underoath, Skillet, From Ashes To New, Starset, Pvris and ISSUES. The band’s intention for their music is to represent ‘outcasts’ from all walks of life–the weird, the misunderstood, the marginalized—which they showcase through their live performances which include extravagant theatrics, stage décor, costumed actors, and more.

THE FUNERAL PORTRAIT released the SOUNDS FROM BEYOND THE ABYSS (VOL. 1) EP via Better Noise Music last October (2023). The four-track EP features four occult-driven tracks which cater to the band’s potent blend of modern rock anthems molded with emo and pop-punk theatrics. Of the four tracks, two are covers of iconic songs from artists that have inspired THE FUNERAL PORTRAIT’s vibrant sound: Radiohead’s “Creep” (released in partnership with The Hot Topic Foundation to support non-profit music, art, LGBTQ+ and mental health organizations for youth and teens) and Tears For Fears’Mad World.” Stream and/or download SOUNDS FROM BEYOND THE ABYSS (VOL 1) now at https://thefuneralportrait.ffm.to/sfbtavol1. ABOUT THE BLACK MOODS:
The Black Moods play raw, amplified rock & roll. A classic power trio for the modern world, they turn the genre’s timeless ingredient—electric guitar, anthemic hooks, and percussive punch—into a sound that’s both contemporary and climactic.

Born in the Arizona desert and reared on stages across North America, The Black Moods began building a national audience thanks to their relentless touring schedule, which found the Phoenix-based group sharing shows with Shinedown, Janes Addiction, 311, Godsmack, and Collective Soul to name a few. That audience rose to new heights with 2020’s Sunshine, an album whose combination of guitar-driven muscle and melody helped The Black Moods send four hit singles into the Top 40 on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock charts.

Their journey continued with 2022’s Into The Night, recorded with Grammy-nomindated producer Johnny Karkazis (Disturbed, 3 Doors Down, Pop Evil)who also produced Sunshine– which saw them achieve a fourth Top 40 Mainstream Rock Billboard hit single with “Saturday Night.” Along the way, The Black Moods appeared on festival stages including Aftershock and KUPD’s UFest, and even found time to cut a track with legendary producer/engineer Eddie Kramer (Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones) and collaborate with The Doors’ guitarist Robby Krieger on a rendition of The Doors’ classic track “Roadhouse Blues” with guest vocals from rock singer-songwriter Diamante recorded at Krieger’s L.A. studio. The track and a music video featuring footage from the recording session were released in November 2023.

ABOUT KELSEY HART

Born and raised in western Kentucky, Kelsey was never far away from the influence of the Nashville country music community. At 19, he landed his first gig as the lead singer of a local country band where he cut his teeth on the icons of the genre and began cultivating his own unique sound and passion for the craft of country songwriting. Following his move to music city, Kelsey found his first co-writing success in November 2017 with “As Long As You’re In It” recorded by Jake Owen for his Greatest Hits collection. In 2021 He landed a cut on Trace Adkins Album “Live It Lonely” as one of the newest members of the Curb | Word songwriting family, Kelsey has quickly established himself as a sought-after co-writer, vocalist, and artist on the rise.

ABOUT MIKE RYAN

Singer-songwriter Mike Ryan has achieved impressive accolades in just under 10 years, building a career independently that’s not only earned the devotion of fans, but the respect of other artists and notables in the music industry. Mike Ryan is just that caliber of talent. His gift as a songwriter has led to collaborations with such major label acts as Brad Paisley and Brandy Clark, and he has opened for some of the biggest names in the business, including Miranda Lambert, Hardy and Morgan Wallen, in addition to selling out his own headlining gigs. At times, even selling more tickets than major label acts with top ten singles. It’s a coup he’s managed to pull off thanks to hard work and undeniable talent. Ryan co-wrote Paisley’s Top 20 “Last Time For Everything,” and his songs have garnered over 265 million streams with 10 of them earning over ten million streams, 19 of them earning more than four million streams and 27 of them earning more than one million streams.

ABOUT DREW GREEN

With his genre-bending country, pop, and R&B style, Nashville singer Drew Green first garnered attention as a songwriter before catching the spotlight with his 2020 tracks “Little More Be Alright’ and “Right Where I Be.” Both cuts appeared on his debut EP, Dirt Boy, Vol. 1. His 2021 follow-up, Dirt Boy, Vol. 2, included the streaming hit “Hooch.” The soulful standalone single “Good Ol’ Man” arrived in early 2022.

Born in McMinnville, Tennessee, Green grew up on a tree farm where his family introduced him to country artists like Sammy Kershaw and Alan Jackson. During his teens he began expanding his ears as friends exposed him to a mix of hip-hop, pop, and R&B performers, including Usher, Craig David, Matchbox Twenty, and Dr. Dre. He played in bands in high school and continued to hone his songwriting skills at college. Following his graduation, Green based himself in Nashville, singing in the house band at Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge and working a day job at a bank, all the while pursuing a songwriting career.

He eventually gained a foothold in the industry, co-penning songs like Florida Georgia Line’s “Colorado” with Hardy and Hunter Phelps. In November 2018, he signed a publishing contract with Brett James’ Cornman Music. More opportunities followed and in June 2020, Green signed a recording contract with Villa 40/Sony Music Nashville, debuting that same month with the song “Little More Be Alright.”

A second song, “Right Where I Be,” followed a month later, with both tracks appearing on the EP Dirt Boy, Vol. 1. 2021 saw the release of the twangy single “Hooch,” ahead of the arrival of Dirt Boy, Vol. 2. Green started out strong in early 2022 with the country-pop and R&B-leaning viral hit “Good Ol’ Man.” ~ Matt Collar

In 2023, Drew has spent the year writing, recording, and releasing songs “Prayer List,” “Yep,” and “Best Ex I Ever Had” whilst playing shows across the U.S.  He’s gearing up to release his next single “Lotta Bit Of You,” after the song hit virality on TikTok.

ABOUT RVSHVD

RVSHVD (pronounced RA-SHAD) is a twenty-six-year-old country singer-songwriter hailing from the small town of Willacoochee, Georgia (population 1,200). As a teenager he was into hip hop and making beats, but his world turned upside down when he heard “Sweet Thing” by Keith Urban. Soon he discovered the music of Florida Georgia Line, Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, George Strait, Alan Jackson, and Brooks & Dunn; all of whom he credits with influencing his love of country music. He immediately found writing songs in the country vein to be more personal and rewarding, saying, “I can be myself in country music, talking about the real things I do and feel without trying to be a persona you need to be successful in hip-hop or other genres.”

With the help of his signature vocal tone and a bare bones home studio, RVSHVD hit the jackpot on his country version of Roddy Ricch’s “Ballin.” The song went viral on Spotify, TikTok, Apple and YouTube amassing over 25M streams and lifting his catalog of songs to over 125M streams. A preview of his recent single, “Shoebox Money,” struck a national conversation racking up 15M plays, 1M likes, and 450K+ shares on Instagram Reels alone, a testament to his unique position in the country music lexicon.

Gifted and prolific, RVSHVD’s songs cover a wide variety of topics, from his love of the gentle, inclusive urban life in “Small Town Talk,” to battling anxiety in “Deal With the Devil (ft. Danny Worsnop).” Along the way, RVSHVD has earned praise from Billboard who named him Country Rookie of the Month, applauding that he “…has carefully curated his own genre-bending sound.” CMT has dubbed him as one of their “Artist To Watch 2024.”

Live, RVSHVD has played Nissan Stadium during CMA Fest, debuted at the Grand Ole Opry and done dates with Dwight Yoakam. He’s set to play Stagecoach Festival, Golden Sky Festival, and CMA Fest again this year. RVSHVD will be releasing an EP The Intro and his debut full length album later this year.

RVSHVD is signed to The Penthouse South / Sumerian Records label, EMPIRE for publishing and CAA for touring.

ABOUT JASON CROSS

Jason Cross is a big personality with an “against the grain” mentality. In 2020, Cross made the move from Jackson, Michigan to Nashville, Tennessee and quickly developed a name for himself in Music City. Jason found his love for music at a young age. Growing up on Guns N’ Roses, Alice In Chains, Metallica, The Eagles, and numerous other rock bands, it’s safe to say he’s got some rock n’ roll roots. Also consuming a good bit of country in his youth would make for the perfect blend of the two. Cross would describe his sound to be somewhere in the ballpark with Jason Aldean, Randy Houser, and Luke Combs, with influence from Chris Stapleton and Whiskey Myers to Mötley Crüe and other bands from the metal genre. In March 2021, Cross released his debut single “It Ain’t Me” that became a fan favorite and has been writing and releasing new music since. Jason Cross knows how to be vulnerable with his music but also knows when it’s time for a high energy good time.

Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame 2022 inductee DAVID MALLOY, today (April 30,) shares “Mason’s Wallet,” the third single and video from his debut album MIRROR, released Friday, April 26 via Nashville-based indie label Creative People with distribution by CmfShft. The album is a moving journal of MALLOY’s life, his love and loss. Listen to the song HERE and watch the video HERE.

The artistic triumph of “Mason’s Wallet,” and its compelling and beautifully shot video, is how MALLOY makes the personal “universal.” It reminds all of us about how those we’ve lost can live on in our hearts and minds. The video was directed and edited by Andrew Rozario, with cinematographer, Mike Stryker for Casting Life Films, and Ian Buchanan, created visual effects for Ian B. Designs.

“Writing ‘Mason’s Wallet’ was the start of the body of work that has become this album, says MALLOY, relating the story leading up to his writing this song about the loss of his son. “My stepbrother’s friend is a very successful spirit medium in Tucson Az. We were all having dinner one-night, pre-Covid. My father, Jim Malloy, had just passed away a few months prior and she kept saying she wanted to do a free reading for me, and my father was asking her to do this. My dad had been my mentor and best pal my whole life, so I was not surprised that he would ask for this if you believe in afterlife connections. I never get readings of any kind because I don’t want someone’s words about me or my future to be planted in my head, but this one time I caved in and said ‘OK.’ He continues, ‘During this session with this medium, she said, ‘your son wants to talk to you and wants to know why you’ve stopped writing songs, and if you would start back writing that he wants to help you.’

“Flash forward three years post-Covid, my wife Kathy and I decided to move out of downtown and live by a golf course. I’ve been playing golf since the age of 10. I had heard that the artist Luke Bryan was also a member of the course, and I didn’t know much about him, so I decided to watch a three-part documentary about his life. I did not know that he had gone through the loss of his brother and shortly after that, he lost his sister. They were all very close and of course this hit Luke extremely hard. Watching him speak about this, I found closure after 18 years of inwardly grieving over the loss of my own son, Mason. ‘I put Mason’s wallet in my right front pocket 18 years ago.’ These words are the opening line of the song ‘Mason’s Wallet.’ I’ve listed Mason as my co-writer on the song and he’s been with me in spirit throughout this project. I felt I was driven/pushed to write and create this music. God bless you Mason David Malloy.”

MIRROR is producer and hit songwriter DAVID MALLOY’s debut endeavor as a recording artist. “Something in my spirit was driving me to write these songs and record them.” Malloy continues, “So why now? Answer is, I wasn’t ready. Sounds ridiculous looking at my track record through the years, but that’s how I’ve felt, like I was a late bloomer. God isn’t done with me, there’s still more for me to do. I’ve survived kidney cancer, the downtown Nashville Christmas bombing and the worst…. the soul-crushing loss of my only son, Mason. Now here I am with 14 new self-penned songs and an album, except for the lyrics of the second verse of an older song called “Vital Signs” that Kris Burgenes co-wrote. The album’s first single and official music video “I Play Gimme Shelter” was released January 11. Listen to the song HERE, watch the YouTube video HERE and read the press release HERE. The second single “A Brand New Day” was released March 13. Listen to the song HERE and watch the YouTube video HERE. Read the press release HERE.

Throughout his career, DAVID MALLOY has been lauded for his technique of “becoming” the artist he was writing for or producing, similar to an actor getting into character. Many agree that this was a key to his success. He is credited with creating the crossover-influenced sound of country music that defined the genre in the 80’s and 90’s. He’s produced artists Dolly Parton, Kenny Rogers, Mindy McCready, Reba McEntire, Rodney Crowell, Rosanne Cash, J.D. Souther and more. As a songwriter, David Malloy was inducted into the 2022 Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame along with Shania Twain, Steve Wariner, Hillary Lindsey and Gary Nicholson and has co-penned numerous songs with Even Stevens and recording artist Eddie Rabbitt throughout Eddie’s career (whom MALLOY produced.) He has had his songs recorded by artists in multi-genres of music such as Badfinger, Bettye LaVette, Billy Burnette, Dr. Hook, Fleetwood Mac, Gregg Allman Band, Julianne Hough, The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Tim McGraw, Roy Orbison and many more.
