TOTALLY TUBULAR FESTIVAL
80’S NEW WAVE TOUR
ANNOUNCES RUN OF FOUR EAST COAST SHOWS
TO CLOSE OUT 2025
THE COLORFUL MULTI-ACT ‘80S EXTRAVAGANZA
SET FOR NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY, AND CONNECTICUT WITH
A FLOCK OF SEAGULLS, MEN WITHOUT HATS, THOMAS DOLBY,
THE ROMANTICS, BOW WOW WOW, TOMMY TUTONE,
ANIMOTION, AND THE MOTELS

The 80’s New Wave tour TOTALLY TUBULAR FESTIVAL has announced four East Coast shows to close out 2025. They will run December 27-December 31 and hit New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, featuring such artists as A Flock Of Seagulls, Men Without Hats, Thomas Dolby, The Motels, Bow Wow Wow, Tommy Tutone, The Romantics, and Animotion (original members). Below are the dates and exact lineups for each show, including one on New Year’s Eve in Niagara Falls, New York at Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino (free admission). Tickets and VIP packages are now on sale HERE.

Artists performing at the TOTALLY TUBULAR FESTIVAL—the colorful multi-act extravaganza which launched in 2024—exploded in the pop culture zeitgeist in the 1980’s thanks mainly to the high rotation of their music videos on MTV. These artists have enjoyed a steady rise in popularity in recent years, with their music having a lasting impact. Tour creator and JPA agency founder Jon Pleeter calls the TOTALLY TUBULAR FESTIVAL “the best ‘80s party on the planet. The audiences last year fully embraced the spirit of the tour and were wildly enthusiastic.”

The TOTALLY TUBULAR FESTIVAL 2025 shows are:

12/27 – Atlantic City, NJ – Ocean Casino Resort
12/28 – Mashantucket, CT – Foxwoods Resort Casino
12/29 – New York, NY – Palladium Times Square
12/31 – Niagara Falls, NY – Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino (free admission)

Lineups for each show:

12/27:  A Flock Of Seagulls, Men Without Hats, Thomas Dolby, The Romantics, Bow Wow Wow, Tommy Tutone
12/28:  same lineup as 12/27
12/29:  A Flock Of Seagulls, Men Without Hats, Thomas Dolby, The Motels, Bow Wow Wow, Tommy Tutone
12/31:  A Flock Of Seagulls, The Romantics, Thomas Dolby, The Motels, Bow Wow Wow, Animotion (original members)

Here’s an array of praise for the 2024 TOTALLY TUBULAR FESTIVAL:

“As if in a DeLorean, Totally Tubular took us back to the ’80s on Tuesday… Some of these ’80s hit songs are so woven into the fabric of our lives, fans seemed ecstatic to get the chance to hear and see these songs performed firsthand.’”
–Andrew Sherman, Dallas Observer, 7/10/24

“The Totally Tubular Festival on Friday, July 26 at the Meadow Brook Amphitheatre was a trip in the Way Back Machine, a nearly five-and-a-half hour exercise in unabashed and unapologetic nostalgia, 80s variety. Modern English slipped in a couple of songs from its new album, ‘1 2 3 4,’ but mostly the eight acts from the day joyfully led a crowd of 6,000 or so down an aural memory lane of enduring hits from four decades ago. And if there was any PTSD about the fashion choices of that era, it was shed as many of those at Meadow Brook brought out their garishly colorful garb and face make-up to add to the time capsule feel of the night. ‘I hope it looks and feels and sounds the same,’ Bow Wow Wow’s Annabella Lwin told the crowd.”
–Gary Graff, The Oakland Press, 7/27/24

“Totally Tubular Festival at the Santa Barbara Bowl Was a Feast Full of Fun for the Fifty-Something Set” –Leslie Dinaberg, Santa Barbara Independent, 7/3/24

“The Totally Tubular Festival at the YouTube Theatre was a blast from the past, with a lineup of ’80s acts that brought back memories of neon colors and big hair. The audience was treated to a night of pure nostalgia and fun, with standing ovations and sing-alongs.” –L. Paul Mann, Grateful Web, 7/9/24

“The Fox Theater transformed into a neon-drenched time machine this past Sunday, as the Totally Tubular Festival crashed into Oakland like a tidal wave of ’80s nostalgia. With a surprisingly early 5:30 pm kickoff, the festival crammed eight iconic acts into one glorious night of ’80’s (synth) pop ecstasy. The lineup read like a ‘Who’s Who’ of MTV’s golden era, featuring the likes of Modern English (still promising to melt with you), Men Without Hats (safety dance, anyone?), and Thompson Twins’ Tom Bailey (holding out for a hero in his own right). But for us, the cherry on top of this retro sundae was none other than the mad scientist of synthpop himself, Thomas Dolby.”
–Kevin Keating, SF Bay Area Concerts, 7/1/24

“The Totally Tubular Festival really connected with its audience at The Anthem. Most of us in attendance readily recalled the halcyon days of Live Aid, and the invocation of anniversaries related to the date put us in a receptive mood for an evening of timeless music. Across the seven acts, there was a great deal of variety while everyone at least touched upon the dominant “new wave” label of the day. With Thomas Dolby, Tom Bailey, and Ivan Doroschuk alone, the festival also was bursting with personality.”
–Mickey McCarter, ParklifeDC, 7/18/24

“Every once in a while we all wish we could relive a certain moment in time, good or bad. The Totally Tubular Festival at the Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater in Bridgeport was a welcome blast from the past, turning an ordinary hot summer day into an unforgettable ’80s extravaganza! With the venue lights emulating pink and blue neon lights and vintage tunes blaring, the amphitheater transformed into a time machine, whisking us back to an era of big hair, synth-pop, and infectious energy.”

OZZY OSBOURNE’S “Last Rites” Out October 7; Read A Q&A With Jack Osbourne About The Book

DATE: OCTOBER 6, 2025

FROM: MARCEE RONDAN/MITCH SCHNEIDER

OZZY OSBOURNE’S
“LAST RITES”
OUT OCTOBER 7
SHOCKING, BITTERLY HILARIOUS AND SURPRISINGLY
LIFE-AFFIRMING, THE BRUTALLY HONEST AND UNFLINCHING MEMOIR FROM THE ROCK’N’ROLL LEGEND

READ A Q&A WITH JACK OSBOURNE
ABOUT THE BOOK BELOW

“People say to me, if you could do it all again, knowing what you know now, would you change anything? I’m like, f*** no. If I’d been clean and sober, I wouldn’t be Ozzy. If I’d done normal, sensible things, I wouldn’t be Ozzy. Look, if it ends tomorrow, I can’t complain. I’ve been all around the world. Seen a lot of things. I’ve done good… and I’ve done bad. But right now, I’m not ready to go anywhere.”

–OZZY OSBOURNE,
LAST RITES

AI-generated content may be incorrect.

Tomorrow (Tuesday, October 7) marks the publication of OZZY OSBOURNE’s second autobiography LAST RITES (Grand Central Publishing). The memoir was finished just days before the rock icon’s untimely July 2025 passing and it chronicles the past seven or so years of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee and Grammy®-winning singer and songwriter’s life. Read a moving Q&A with OZZY’s son Jack Osbourne below. Purchase the book HERE.

LAST RITES is the shocking, bitterly hilarious, never-before-told story of OZZY‘s descent into hell. Along the way, he reflects on his extraordinary life and career, including his marriage to wife Sharon, alongside his reflections on what it took for him to get back onstage for the triumphant “Back to the Beginning” concert, streamed around the world, where OZZY finally reunited with his Black Sabbath bandmates and surrounded by the musicians he’d befriended throughout his storied career. Unflinching, brutally honest, but surprisingly life-affirming, LAST RITES demonstrates once again why OZZY has transcended his status as “The Godfather of Metal” and “The Prince of Darkness” to become a modern-day folk hero and international treasure.

At the age of sixty-nine, OZZY OSBOURNE was on a triumphant farewell tour, playing to sold-out arenas and rave reviews all around the world. Then disaster. In a matter of just a few weeks, he went from being hospitalized with a finger infection to having to abandon his tour—and all public life—
as he faced near-total paralysis from the neck down.

Born John Michael Osbourne in Birmingham, 1948, OZZY OSBOURNE is a rock music legend. He is the Sunday Times and New York Times bestselling author (the new autobiography follows OZZY’s New York Times bestsellers: 2010’s autobiography I Am Ozzy and 2011’s Trust Me, I’m Dr. Ozzy: Advice From Rock’s Ultimate Survivor). His music career, with more than 100 million records sold (with Black Sabbath and as a solo artist), has spanned five decades and as a solo artist and a member of Black Sabbath, OZZY is a multiple Grammy winner and two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee.

JACK OSBOURNE
TALKS ABOUT
LAST RITES

Q: How did the idea for doing LAST RITES come about?

JACK OSBOURNE (JACK): My father had been working on Last Rites for a very long time—chipping away at it over the last three or four years. He always felt he needed to do a follow-up to I Am Ozzy, because so much had happened in the 20 years since that book was released. From life after the TV show, to the Sabbath reunion, to releasing his last two albums, and finally his health issues. It was important to him to capture all of that.

Q: Do you or other family members have favorites passages/anecdotes from the book?

JACK: If I’m being honest, not many of the family members have read the book yet—it’s been difficult time for everyone. For me, the last chapter is what I’ve reflected on the most. He finished it just a few days before he passed.

Q: Throughout LAST RITES Ozzy reflects on his early life with the insight gained as we grow older. Were there things that changed about him and the way he experienced the world towards the end of his life?

JACK: There’s a lot to reflect on with that question. My father was always considered the “wild man of rock,” the “Prince of Darkness,” and so on, but the last seven years were the complete opposite. Because of his injuries and declining health, he slowed down. And sometimes with a curse comes a blessing. Slowing down gave him the space to really reflect on his journey—his successes, his failures, his joys, his sadness and ultimately, what mattered most to him. This book captures some of that.

Q: Do you recall any moments or conversations with Ozzy as he was working on the book—funny, touching, surprising—about the material he wanted to include or stories about working with a writer on the project?

JACK: He was very private about the process and didn’t share much about what he was including. I’d try to ask, but he’d often brush it off. I’ve often said this about my father, he was the most humble egomaniac you could ever meet. He honestly didn’t think anyone would care about what he was writing in LAST RITES. So when I asked him, he always downplayed it.

Q: It’s so clear from reading LAST RITES that Ozzy loved his fans. Is there anything that didn’t make it into the book that you’d like for them to know?

JACK: Here’s the truth—my father fought a very hard fight to get on that stage in Birmingham on July 5. He was determined to say goodbye to his fans, and that’s exactly what he did. He loved them deeply because they gave him the life he had. He always said he would have been nothing without their love and support. That last show was his way of giving back one final time.

Q: What do you think Ozzy would like readers to take away from the book?

JACK: My father would want people to smile, laugh, and feel love when they read it. He absolutely hated when people felt sorry for him. I know some fans will get emotional—it’s hard not to—but he couldn’t stand when people cried in front of him or got sad around him. So enjoy his words. Feel his energy. Remember who he will always be. And never stop loving him.

Today (October 3) MEGADETH have unveiled “Tipping Point” as the first single and video from their forthcoming self-titled final album due out in 2026 via DAVE MUSTAINE’s Tradecraft imprint in partnership with Frontiers Label Group’s new BLKIIBLK label. The sonically explosive and lyrically unflinching song kicks off with a thunderous guitar solo before DAVE’s iconic voice hauntingly kicks in. In the desolate but hopeful accompanying video, directed by Leonardo Liberti, DAVE is locked up in a prison being tortured in extreme fashion, while the band performs in the same lock-up. In the end DAVE perseveres evil and walks away into a new day. Watch the video HERE and listen to the song HERE.

“We all have different ‘tipping points’ and they may vary from day to day,” says MUSTAINE. “I think we’re all being pushed to the edge right now, and it’s easy to lean into that feeling. But it’s important not to let things get you down.”

MEGADETHMustaine, Teemu Mäntysaari (Lead, Rhythm, and Acoustic Guitars), James LoMenzo (Bass Guitar) and Dirk Verbeuren (Drums)—will release their forthcoming self-titled album in 2026. Pre-order the album HERE and stay tuned for more news about the album in the coming weeks.

Earlier this year, MUSTAINE revealed in a social post directly shared with his worldwide fanbase and Cyber Army that the forthcoming album will mark the final studio album from MEGADETH, who’ve sold over 50 million records worldwide and received a GRAMMY® Award (with 12 additional nominations).

He shared the announcement of the album and tour via his alter ego Vic Rattlehead. Also set for next year is a new memoir from MUSTAINE, details of which will be revealed in the coming months.

About Megadeth

MEGADETH are always and forever the point of no return for metal. It would be nearly impossible to conceive where heavy music and culture would’ve gone without the band founded, fronted, and fueled by vocalist, guitarist, songwriter, and producer Dave Mustaine. The blast radius of their impact has only magnified since 1983. Thus far, they have sold 50 million records worldwide, received a GRAMMY® Award (with 12 additional nominations), generated billions of streams, notched seven Top 10 entries on the Billboard 200, and enthralled millions of diehard fans in arenas and stadiums across the globe. Their catalog spans indisputable classics such as the platinum Peace Sells… But Who’s Buying? (cited at #8 on Rolling Stone’s “100 Greatest Metal Albums of All Time”), the platinum Rust In Peace, and double-platinum Countdown To Extinction, which captured #2 on the Billboard 200. Meanwhile, Dystopia notched a Top 3 debut and earned a GRAMMY® Award in the category of “Best Metal Performance” with its title track. They only upped the ferocity with The Sick, The Dying… And The Dead! in 2022. It saw them return to #3, receive a “Best Metal Performance” GRAMMY® Award nomination for “We’ll Be Back,” and incite rave reviews. Their influence can be felt practically everywhere—whether it be Post Malone proudly sporting a tattoo of “So Far, So Good… So What!, Homer Simpson’s iPod displaying their moniker during an episode, or Showtime’s smash hit series Billions and Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey utilizing MEGADETH in plot points. The band have delivered simultaneously relevant and timeless records in five decades now, setting the pace for the thrash renaissance of the eighties, tearing through the MTV years of the nineties with swagger and style, maintaining their stride in the post-Y2K 2000s, elevating to canonical heights in the social media and streaming era of the 2010s, and unassumingly harnessing the uncertainty and unease of the Post-Pandemic world into their boldest, biggest, and best work yet.

Along the way, MEGADETH extended their influence even further. During 2016, the band entered the spirits world with their very first signature beer À Tout Le Monde followed by Saison 13 in 2019. The brand asserted itself as a player in the beverage space and impressively moved over 15 million pints. Joining forces with Keystone in 2025, they ignite the next phase of Megadeth Beer on the biggest global platform yet.

Beyond his role as a music icon, Dave founded the visionary wine brand HOUSE OF MUSTAINE which uniquely blends music, culture, and fine winemaking. The brand launched with the 2013 Symphony Interrupted Cabernet Sauvignon which was inspired by Dave Mustaine’s groundbreaking collaboration with the San Diego Symphony.

Hard-hitting country rocker CORY MARKS (@corymarksmusic) today (October 3) releases his fourth album SORRY FOR NOTHING VOLUME 2 and its anthemic third single, “Whiskey River,” via Better Noise Music. Listen to the album and single HERE. Watch the video HERE.

The release of SORRY FOR NOTHING VOLUME 2 comes as MARKS’ debut breakout 2019 hit “Outlaws & Outsiders” (featuring Ivan Moody, Mick Mars, and Travis Tritt) has officially been certified Gold by the RIAA in the U.S., marking his first-ever certification in the States. The song made history as the first-ever Top 10 U.S. rock radio-charting single from a Canadian country act and has logged over 212 million global streams to date.

The singer and songwriter describes “Whiskey River,” the follow-up to the album’s second single “Hangman,” as “a rowdy, honky tonk feel-good country anthem made for late nights and good times. With twangy guitars, stomping drums, and a barroom sing-along chorus, it’s the soundtrack to letting loose after a long week.

“The song,” MARKS continues, “follows a character who is just a good timing simple man…who’s had one to many late nights according to his partner and when times get rough or she’s had enough. He runs to his favorite small-town watering hole, where the whiskey flows like a river and worries get washed away. It’s about freedom, fun, and the kind of night you’ll never forget—if you can remember it.”

SORRY FOR NOTHING VOLUME 2 is an unapologetic double-barreled blast of 10 new songs, equally divided between arena-rock and roots country. Produced by Kevin Churko (Ozzy Osbourne, Shania Twain), Kile Odell (NOTHING MORE, Nita Strauss) and Andrew Baylis (Jelly Roll, Brantley Gilbert), MARKSSORRY FOR NOTHING / SORRY FOR NOTHING VOLUME 2 era are welcome signs of unity in a world of divisiveness.

In touring news, MARKS will head out with Sevendust this fall on their “Southside Double-Wide Tour” that kicks off November 14 in Columbia, MO. Earlier this year, MARKS made his own headlining jaunt throughout Canada, and he ventured overseas for his debut Europe and U.K. tour. He also toured the U.S. in support of Dorothy as part of their “REDEMPTION” tour, following performances with Toby Keith, Travis Tritt, and Theory Of A Deadman. In recent years, MARKS has shared stages with a blend of artists including Five Finger Death Punch, ZZ Top, and Brantley Gilbert, while also having joined Nickelback on the main stage at the annual Boots and Hearts festival in Toronto in 2023.

“Harder than drugs
I don’t need protection
This is my confession
I don’t do perfection”
“Perfection,” written by Ronnie Winter

5X Platinum-certified alternative rock mainstays THE RED JUMPSUIT APPARATUS (@redjumpsuitapparatus) today (October 3) release their sixth album X’s For Eyes via Better Noise Music and latest single and video, “Perfection.” Against an intense driving rhythm and a big, urgent melody, lead vocalist, guitarist, and founding member Ronnie Winter candidly lays his cards on the table, singing “I like stormy weather” and that “Whatever won’t break can make us” with his signature wide-ranging voice.

Stream/download “PerfectionHERE

X’s For Eyes is now available to stream and purchase HERE

Winter points out that “Perfection” is “a song about perfect imperfections, about embracing one’s flaws and the true beauty that lies within. It’s a song about individuality, self-acceptance, and the idea that our scars and imperfections make us who we are. Through the lens of perfectly imperfect, what some might consider to be mistakes, flaws, and shortcomings suddenly become good, beautiful, even desirable. It’s a reminder,” he adds, “that being perfectly imperfect is something not to hide but to celebrate.”

X’s For Eyes marks the first full-length album from THE RED JUMPSUIT APPARATUS—vocalist Ronnie Winter, his multi-instrumentalist brother Randy Winter, guitarist Josh Burke, bassist Joey Westwood, drummer John Espy, keyboardist Nadeem Salam, and newest member K Enagonio on vocals—as part of a new partnership with Better Noise Music.

“I think that anybody who’s been with us the whole time realizes that we’ve been an activist band since 2006,” Winter says. “So when I see X’s for eyes, it reminds me of the childhood cartoons, the video games—all those things where this is what happens when you don’t do the right thing. You see that character that you know and love, but for three seconds with a bunch of swirling birds over their head and they’ve got X’s for eyes because they made a mistake. They trusted the wrong person, they went in the wrong direction, they chose the wrong path and then POW! Something crazy happens and there’s X’s for eyes, or ‘RIP.’ And I just find that has a parallel reality to now.”

He continues, “In 2006, we put a song out called ‘Face Down,’ which was an anti-domestic violence song, which we then toured the country doing everything we could to raise awareness against domestic violence. So that was with song one. And then in 2025, we’re just still continuing that narrative of social justice: doing the right thing, treating women properly, as well as men. Just the mistreatment of others. We’ve broadened that. We’ve broadened that scope. Racism, homophobia—we try to touch on everything that we wanted to make sure our fans who are coming to our show know that we stand behind. And I think we did that. I really do.”

Perfection” follows the release of three singles from X’s For Eyes: “Home Improvement,” “Slipping Through (No Kings),” and “X’s For Eyes.”

Slipping Through (No Kings)”: stream/download the song HERE and watch the video HERE

Home Improvement”: stream/download the song HERE and watch the video HERE

The 11 songs on X’s For Eyes find the band revving up their caffeinated pop sensibilities, throwing down the punishing riffola, delivering more electronic and ambient flourishes, and topping all of it off with Winter’s high-pitched emoting. Factor in some hair-raising cameos from Sleeping With Sirens’ Kellin Quinn (“Always The King”) and Escape The Fate frontman Craig Mabbitt (“Worth It”) and the result is genuinely RJA’s most strident full-length offering yet.

Formed in 2004 in Jacksonville, FL, the band has accrued Gold and multi-Platinum singles—including their massive 5x Platinum hit single “Face Down” (which has over 176 million views on YouTube), 2x PlatinumYour Guardian Angel” (which has over 37 million views on YouTube)—and 2x Platinum-certified debut album, DON’T YOU FAKE IT, alongside numerous high-ranking radio chart positions and a robust digital history of over 1.5 billion career streams. Sometimes it’s hard to believe that THE RED JUMPSUIT APPARATUS began their expedition into the hearts and minds of a generation 20 years ago. Their blazing 2006 single “Face Down” delivered both anthemic choruses and a strident message about domestic abuse, achieving both sales accolades and adoration from crowds all over the planet.

Here’s the track list for X’s For Eyes:

1. Always The King (feat. Kellin Quinn)
2. Purple Halo
3. Perfection
4. X’s For Eyes
5. Bad Beat
6. Slipping Through (No Kings)

DATE: OCTOBER 1, 2025

YES
TODAY LAUNCHES
“THE FRAGILE TOUR 2025”
THAT WILL CONTINUE THROUGH NOVEMBER 16
BAND TO PERFORM THEIR ICONIC
‘FRAGILE’ ALBUM IN ITS ENTIRETY
ALONG WITH THEIR CLASSIC CUTS

YES TO PERFORM IN FRONT OF A VIDEO WALL
OF ROGER DEAN’S ARTWORK TURNED INTO ANIMATION

“The Fragile Tour 2025” Art (Download)

Today (October 1), influential and pioneering Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees YES—who are Steve Howe (guitars, vocals), Geoff Downes (keyboards), Jon Davison (vocals, acoustic guitar), Billy Sherwood (bass guitar, vocals), and Jay Schellen (drums)—launch their “The Fragile Tour 2025” in Wallingford, CT. At these “evening with Yes” shows, the progressive rock titans will perform their iconic early ‘70s album Fragile in its entirety along with classics cuts from their legendary body of work. See the dates below and go to www.yesworld.com/live for ticketing information.

The band is excited to perform in front of a video wall featuring artwork by design visionary Roger Dean, whose longtime relationship with YES began with his design of the Fragile album. The animation of Dean’s iconic YES logos and album artwork through the years brings his visuals into this decade. His art will be on display in the merch area at all the shows.

“The first time I watched the animations with the music was just incredible; it’s wonderful that it was so much more powerful with both together,” says Dean.

The multi-platinum album Fragile album features their signature songs “Roundabout,” “Long Distance Runaround,” and “Heart of the Sunrise.” Marking the band’s fourth studio album, it was released in the UK in November 1971 and in the US in January 1972. The “Fragile Tour” is regarded as a key moment is YES’ history—it’s when the band became a headline act in the US.

“All the band’s albums had a unique feel and approach,” reflects Steve Howe. “After ‘The Yes Album,’ so many things came together, with [co-producer] Eddie Offord steering the proceedings. While the band focused on only four main songs with full arrangements, each of us wrote and designed a solo piece, which was Bill [Bruford]’s great idea. It’s fairly ‘odd-ball,’ but we were at the height of our creativity, determined for success.” Howe adds: “It gave us confidence, further than our own in-stock belief, we’d crafted this unusual but noticeable musical twist to rock and what later became prog.”

Here’s a preview of the video wall from the YES’ rehearsals this past week:
