ABOUT LEAVING AUSTIN

With a profound sense of brotherhood, a passionate love of music and a fierce determination, Leaving Austin is forging a path in country music that’s solely their own. Comprised of Austin Machado, Davis Forney and Michael Stevens, the trio’s smooth vocals and distinctive songwriting have made them one of the most sought-after bands in Nashville. In less than a year, they’ve garnered co-writes with some of country music’s most successful songwriters including Jimmy Robbins (“We Were Us”, “It Goes Like This”), Scooter Carusoe (“Anything But Mine”, “Mean To Me”), Chris DeStefano (“Kick The Dust Up”, “Something In The Water”), Chris Dubois (“Buy Me A Boat”, “Today”) and- Thomas Archer (“Hurricane,” “You Broke Up with Me”).

But their path to this point hasn’t been as quick. Hailing from Visalia, California, a small farming town nestled in the far corners of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, they were all raised on the importance of faith, family and the belief that nothing was going to be handed to them. Country, pop and rock and roll became the soundtrack of their days working in farming and construction alongside their family and friends.

“I lived 40 feet from my grandpa’s house,” said Austin. “I just wanted to work on the farm like my dad and grandpa did. I loved it. My dad plays guitar and sings too so I grew up listening to everything from Van Halen and Boston to Ricky Skaggs, Garth Brooks, and Alan Jackson to Michael W. Smith.”

“My mom was 90% Shania Twain while my dad was pure rock and roll,” said Michael. “I fell somewhere in the middle listening to a mix of pop, rock, Christian and eventually country. I spent my days making cattle feed on a local dairy farm. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me a great work ethic.

Davis, who credits his father as one of his biggest influences, always thought he would work in construction like his dad.

ABOUT ROTUNDO

Originally from Southwest Ohio, Michael grew up singing and playing piano as a hobby when he wasn’t playing sports. Upon graduation from high school, he joined the US Army and served four years on active duty. During his last year in the Army, Michael decided to teach himself how to play guitar and started writing songs. He started out playing in small local dive bars, and quickly branched out. Now based out of Nashville TN, Michael tours nationwide and has opened for major artists such as Dylan Scott, Jamey Johnson, and Eli Young Band. He has since released his first singles with Rukkus Room Publishing and is on tour.

ABOUT TAKE ME BACK FEST

What to expect: Your favorites from the era that will ‘Take You Back’ from each one of these bands. The all-star lineup includes Stephen Wesley, a 2x Billboard charting artist. The genre bending country singer/songwriter has collaborations with several of music’s most accomplished and well-known bands and solo acts from Slash of Guns N’ Roses fame to Smash Mouth, Bubba Sparxxx, and his newest release, “Rock N Roll ft. T-Pain,” Stephen continues to push the boundaries of music and create his own sound. Stephen is joined by Charlie Colin, a two-time Grammy award-winning musician, songwriter, lyricist, and producer with three Billboard Top 10 Singles and three Platinum Records. Colin is the former bassist for the Grammy Award-winning band Train; as well as Kevin Cadogan (founding member of Third Eye Blind); Matt Fuller (Puddle of Mudd); Michael Ward (former member of The Wallflowers); Kenny Harris (Panic! at the Disco); Jeff Abercrombie (founding member of Fuel), and Donovan White (former member of Vertical Horizon).

ABOUT KASSI ASHTON

With a little bit of rock, a hell of a lot of soul, and a throwback R&B groove, Kassi Ashton has crash landed on country radio. “Dates In Pickup Trucks,” her irresistible debut radio single dropped in February, on the eve of her own 28th birthday. “It feels powerful,” she says of the moment’s alignment. Speaking about the song’s playfulness, she adds, “I want it to show that there are many sides to me.”

The release marks the critical next step for the buzzy young singer. Named to Ones to Watch lists by publications like Huffington Post and The Tennessean as well as juggernaut radio personality Bobby Bones, Ashton spent 2019 as one of the openers on Maren Morris’s GIRL World Tour. In 2018, she was featured on Keith Urban’s CMA Album of the Year-nominated LP, Graffiti U.

The simmering new song, it turns out, has a surprising origin story: an uncharacteristically giddy phone call between Ashton and her grandmother. One of nine children and known for her take-no-prisoners attitude, the singer was shocked when, one day, her elder fell into a fit of giggles on the other end of the line. “She’s like, ‘Me and your grandpa went on a date last night,’” Ashton recalls. “‘I made dinner, we packed it up in the truck, and we drove around all the roads we hadn’t seen in a long time.’”

ABOUT JEREMY MCCOMB

Good things come to those who wait, but luck favors the bold. And for Jeremy McComb, the balance comes naturally. A storyteller epitomizing “been there and done that,” McComb has explored nearly every facet of the entertainment industry, all on his own terms. From radio to tour managing, releasing five albums, growing an international fan base, hitting the Billboard charts, and writing songs for projects selling over 6 million copies … including a GRAMMY-nominated soundtrack (Blue Collar Comedy Tour – One for the Road).

Proudly and fiercely independent in both spirit and style, Jeremy was born in Idaho as a sixth-generation musician. Music is in McComb’s DNA but he’s a distinct branch on the family tree. Obsessed with artists who share a gift for storytelling (and little else), he found inspiration in everything from Jim Croce to Tom Petty, and now bridges the canyons between country, rock, and folk. McComb discovered a revelation during the last eighteen months of uncertainty and the effects of it became an influence for the songwriter. Like the rest of us, the constant state of chaos and complications led him to look back to a time when things were simpler. Which led to his latest project, aptly titled, The Way Back.

For a performer used to touring 140+ days a year in perpetual motion, The past few years were a challenge. But he rose to that challenge, finding solace in the silence and assembling an album in the process that perfectly captures the angst, frustration, and the joyous release we all felt returning to normal life, our loved ones, and the things that bring us happiness.

David Bowie, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Depeche Mode, and Ozzy Osbourne Tour Books

In honor of what looks to be a vital 2023 summer tour season, here are four tour books from of legendary artists we’ve worked with: David Bowie, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Depeche Mode, and Ozzy Osbourne (our longtime client represented here via Ozzfest).

Back in the day, we received physical copies of these books before our artists went on tour (it’s done digitally now).

They were also a Bible of sorts to the artists themselves since the books listed important contact numbers and the hotels they were staying at, including which ones had saunas + indoor pools, etc.  The books are dated in the captions.

JEFF LARSON
TO RELEASE FIRST SOLO FULL-LENGTH ALBUM IN A DECADE,
TENTATIVELY TITLED ‘ADOBE HOME,’
THIS FALL (2023) ON THE NASHVILLE-BASED MELODY PLACE LABEL

THE ALBUM WILL ARRIVE ON THE HEELS OF
‘IT’LL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN,’
HIS ACCLAIMED SIX-SONG TRIBUTE EP
TO THE LATE ICONIC SINGER AND SONGWRITER TIM HARDIN,

“…striking new EP…stellar selections…Larson does an admirable job of carrying…[Hardin’s] credentials forward.”
–Lee Zimmerman, AMERICAN SONGWRITER, May/June 2023

JEFF LARSON will release his first solo full-length album in a decade, the tentatively titled ADOBE HOME, this fall (2023) via Nashville-based label Melody Place on the heels of IT’LL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN, his acclaimed six-song tribute EP to the late iconic singer and songwriter Tim Hardin. Read the pull quotes below about the EP, produced by Gerry Beckley of America, from a variety of media outlets including Music Connection (“…does an exceptional job shedding new light on classic material from legendary troubadour Tim Hardin), Americana Highways (“…interprets with class”), and Rock and Roll Globe (“…give his stunning take on a Tim Hardin standard [‘If I Were A Carpenter’] a listen”).

LARSON is a veteran singer-songwriter from the San Francisco Bay area now living in Southern California. For the melodically sparkling and CA-themed ADOBE HOME, LARSON recorded 12 new songs that he produced with Gerry Beckley. LARSON wrote seven of the tunes; two with legendary songwriter Jack Tempchin (the Eagles’ “Peaceful Easy Feeling”); and one with Beckley, who contributes one original. It’s an album with subject matter that touches on people, places, and things with styles ranging from Americana, folk-rock, power pop, and some jazz elements. The exact release date is TBA.

“This project started in 2020 when I just moved to the San Diego area,” says LARSON. “Exploring and learning about my new surroundings influenced several songs, starting with ‘Adobe Home,’ ‘This Summer,’ and ‘Better Part of the Morning.’  I’ve continued my ongoing collaboration with co-producer and friend, Gerry Beckley,” he adds. “We help each other as sounding boards on the production side, we co-wrote one song, and he plays bass and keyboards throughout the album.  I also became friends with Jack Tempchin, who is a neighbor. Along with producing a record for Jack, we co-wrote a couple of songs for this album. I think it captures the time it was written and the emotions I went through.”

On IT’LL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN, LARSON’s are warm, distinctive, and beautifully evocative, as especially underlined by his performance on “Reason To Believe.” Watch the video HERE.

IT’LL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN was produced, arranged and mixed by Beckley and features “Reason to Believe,” It’ll Never Happen Again,” “If I Were A Carpenter,” Don’t Make Promises,” “Misty Roses,” and “How Can We Hang On To A Dream.” LARSON (on lead vocals and acoustic guitar) is musically joined by Beckley (piano, acoustic and electric guitars, organ, accordion, strings bass, drums) and an array of fine musicians including Joachim Cooder (electric mbira, drums, percussion) and Matt Combs (mandola, fiddle). The EP was recorded at studios in Sydney, Australia and Southern California. LARSON has also shared below a song-by-song comments about each track on the EP. He recently shared his song-by-song comments about the EP. Read them HERE.

JEFF LARSON
‘IT’LL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN’
CRITICS QUOTE SHEET

“…striking new EP…stellar selections…Larson does an admirable job of carrying…[Hardin’s] credentials forward.”
–Lee Zimmerman, AMERICAN SONGWRITER, May/June 2023

“Singer-songwriter Jeff Larson does an exceptional job shedding new light on classic material from legendary troubadour Tim Hardin. Everyone from Rod Stewart and Bob Seger to Johnny Cash have covered Hardin’s catalog. And Larson is right up there with the best of them. He stridently captures the honest and conflicting sentiment of ‘Don’t Make Promises You Can’t Keep,’ and his take on ‘Misty Roses’ is dreamy and wistful. ‘How Can We Hang On To a Dream’ has an engaging baroque feel.”
–Eric Harabadian, MUSIC CONNECTION, 2/28/23

“Singer-songwriter Jeff Larson has teamed with producer Gerry Beckley of America for this exquisite tribute to the late Tim Hardin.  Its six songs encompass such Hardin classics as “Reason to Believe,” ‘If I Were a Carpenter,’ ‘Misty Roses,’ and the title track.  Larson handles lead vocals and acoustic guitar while Beckley, Joachim Cooder, and Matt Combs have joined him to provide the wide-ranging instrumentation.  It’ll Never Happen Again reinterprets Hardin’s timeless and personal songs with grace and elegance, with one veteran singer-songwriter paying subtle and deeply-felt tribute to another.”
THE SECOND DISC, 2/23/23

“It [the EP] provides some revitalized versions of covers of some of the late Tim Hardin’s best songs…Jeff Larson is a capable artist who interprets with class…Jeff has provided a fascinating document & judging from a few (‘Don’t Make Promises’) he really excels with these songs.”
–John Apice, AMERICANA HIGHWAYS, 4/4/23

“…give his stunning take on a Tim Hardin standard [‘If I Were A Carpenter’] a listen.”
–Ron Hart, ROCK AND ROLL GLOBE, 3/8/23

“..It’ll Never Happen Again, subtitled A Tim Hardin Tribute, is a stellar example of the power that Hardin’s music still has on today’s music scene…Jeff’s vocals and acoustic guitars are in fine form throughout. With multiple albums to his credit, Jeff Larson adds to his notable legacy with this short, but sweet tribute to the late, great Tim Hardin.”
–Robert Silverstein, ROOTS MUSIC REPORT, 3/21/23

ABOUT JEFF LARSON:

JEFF LARSON is a veteran singer-songwriter from the San Francisco Bay area. Musically, Jeff got his start under the wing of producer Elliot Mazer (Neil Young, The Band) playing in clubs and venues throughout the Bay area. As a native Californian, the influences are obviously present and reach from the golden era of L.A.’s Laurel Canyon singer-songwriter scene to the Bay area’s musical heritage and the tension between the two. While remaining a solo artist, he’s collaborated with Gerry Beckley and Dewey Bunnell of America, Chicago’s Robert Lamm, John Blakeley of The Sandals, and Eagles songwriter Jack Tempchin, among others. His prolific body of work created over the years has been released by various means and labels with licensing opportunities with JVC Victor Japan, Universal / Rhino, BMG and others from The Netherlands to Japan. “Larson’s earnest vocals and unwaveringly engaging folk-rock-country songs have an alluring feel,” wrote the San Jose Mercury News in 2011 about his album The World Over. “Larson’s warm, wonderful songs will grab you immediately and just get better with each subsequent listening. Every one of the 10 numbers here proves to be an individual gem.”

PREPARE FOR “THICKER THAN BLOOD”
GLOBAL HEADLINING TOUR THIS FALL/WINTER

“Other Side of The Rainbow” Single Artwork

Multi-platinum hard rock icons EXTREME have been steadily building the anticipation for their much-awaited new album SIX—due June 9 via earMUSIC—with three previously released heavy-hitting rock singles (“Rise,” “Banshee” and “#REBEL”). The band have today (May 31) revealed a fourth single, “Other Side Of The Rainbow,” which shows off their more intimate side in the vein of previous singles such as the RIAA gold-certified, Billboard Hot 100 #1 hit “More Than Words,” “Hole Hearted,” and “Seven Sundays.” “Other Side Of The Rainbow” is one of EXTREME’s most soulful journeys, taking listeners into the depths of the human heart. Stream/download it now HERE. Watch the “Other Side Of The Rainbow” music video below or via YouTube HERE.

“Every once in a while, we’ll harness some kind of magic, and I think we did on this one,” says frontman Gary Cherone. “It’s a universal theme. It’s about restoring someone’s faith in love…we feel that it’s the perfect marriage of lyrics and melody.”

EXTREME co-founder and guitarist Nuno Bettencourt asks, “How do you play a blistering solo, making it feel like a rainbow?” He goes on to share, “It’s a groove we’ve never done acoustically. It’s got my favorite guitar solo it’s an up-tempo, moving song.”

EXTREME are currently gearing up to perform for audiences across the globe on their headlining “Thicker Than Blood” world tour. It stretches from August 2 to December 16 and will see the band appear across the U.S., Australia, Japan, UK and Europe including specials guests Living Colour (U.S., Australia & UK only) and The Last Internationale (EU only). The tour has already sold-out dates in Hampton Beach, London, Melbourne, Tokyo, Amsterdam and more. Tickets are on sale now at https://extreme-band.com/. See full dates listed below.

“Whatever you think an EXTREME album is after two or even three songs, it’s not,” states Bettencourt. “That goes for every record we’ve ever done. True EXTREME fans know to ‘expect the unexpected.’ I feel like we need a good old school rock album. SIX is definitely modern, but you can put on headphones and go on a journey from top-to-bottom. It’s like ‘EXTREME 2.0’.”

On SIX, EXTREME swing between unapologetic fits of fret-burning hard rock and intimately introspective balladry. For the recording of the Bettencourt-produced 12-track album, the members–Cherone (vocals), Bettencourt (guitar), Pat Badger (bass), and Kevin Figueiredo (drums)–buckled down at Bettencourt’s home studio in Los Angeles to channel the electrifying eclecticism that defined their seminal output with a 21st century twist. Preorder “SIX” HERE.

This dynamic affirms the iconic Boston quartet as one of rock’s most unpredictable, undeniable, and unbreakable groups whose songs course through the very fabric of popular culture. They’re the rare band whose music has appeared in an actual cult series a la Bill & Ted as well as the Netflix juggernaut “Stranger Things.” They’ve sold 10 million records, topped the Billboard Hot 100 at #1, packed major venues on multiple continents, memorably performed at the Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert in London, and regularly average over 5 million monthly listeners on Spotify. However, their dynamic approach hits harder than ever on their 2023 full-length offering, SIX.

Ground-breaking Indonesian all-girl rock/metal trio VOICE OF BACEPROT (VOB) released their powerful single “The Enemy Of Earth Is You” on May 18– a call-to-action protest anthem against indifference to climate change–which Louder Sound praised for its “infectious grooves and nimble-fingered riffs.” Born out of the trio’s high school years, “The Enemy Of Earth Is You” is a powerful, passionate anthem wrapped in VOB‘s trademark ferocity and marks the debut single from VOB’s upcoming debut album RETAS due in July (exact date tba). VOB have shared a lyric video featuring animated artwork and caricatures of themselves. Watch it streaming below or via YouTube HERE.

VOBFirdda “Marsya” Kurnia (vocals & guitar), Widi Rahmawati (bass) and Euis “Sitti” Aisyah (drums)—are also excited to share they will be heading to the U.S. for the first time this summer to perform at the Head In The Clouds Festival Los Angeles Music & Arts Festival taking place at Brookside At The Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA on August 5-6. Passes go on sale Tuesday, May 30 at 10am PT here.

VOICE OF BACEPROT (pronounced ‘bah-che-prot’) formed in Garut, West Java in 2014. The word “baceprot” from their band name comes from the Sundanese language meaning “noisy” and was chosen to represent the style of music that they play. The trio, who are all Muslims, sing in English, Bahasa Indonesia and Sundanese, and have faced opposition from conservative Muslims, in their hometown due to the unique and contradictory combination of performing heavy rock/metal music and their wearing of the hijab on stage.

In 2018, VOB released their globally acclaimed debut single, “School Revolution” which drew in support from media across the globe and featured appearance at several local and international virtual music festivals including the UK’s virtual WOW (Women of World) Festival where they were introduced to now Queen Camilla Parker-Bowles. Further hit singles including “God, Allow Me (Please) to Play Music,” “[NOT] PUBLIC PROPERTY” and “PMS” (short for “Perempuan Merdeka Seutuhnya which translates to “Wholly Independent Woman”) followed.

After several years of blood, sweat, and tears, VOB are set to unveil their greatest work yet: RETAS. Stay tuned in the coming weeks for further details.

YES, who are Steve Howe, Geoff Downes, Jon Davison, Billy Sherwood and Jay Schellen, last week (May 19) released their new studio album MIRROR TO THE SKY to glowing reviews on InsideOutMusic/Sony Music and today (May 24) have unveiled an eye-catching animated lyric video for the album’s evocative closing track “Circles of Time.” Watch it HERE.

Ultimate Classic Rock raved that “Mirror in the Sky breezes from one musical highlight to the next so deftly that you’re wanting more.” (May 17). Glide Magazine observed thatMirror to the Sky” succeeds at proving the idea that Yes music will carry on long after the original members pass in a very special way. As the producer of this twenty-third studio album, [Steve] Howe has stepped in and helped create a soundscape in the vein of their classic material.” (May 18). Guitar World noted that “There’s a lot of classic prog keyboard and guitar interplay across “Cut From The Stars,’ but there’s lovely stuff from about 4.30 where Steve Howe and Geoff Downes exchange melodic pot shots.” (3/16).

Elsewhere, Vintage Rock singled out “Circles of Time,” noting how it “comprises a sweet vocal, acoustic guitar, and spare keys, reminiscent of the softer side of what Yes has always been about” (May 18). Rock Cellar summed up the album by writing that “Mirror to the Sky finds Yes at its most inspired and fleshed-out, the musicians totally confident in their collective artistic vision—one that takes typically unexpected shifts in tempo, structure and form, sometimes eschewing them altogether in search of something deeper and undeniably epic.” (May 19).

“This is a very important album for the band,” says Steve Howe, YES’ longest serving member, master guitarist, and producer of MIRROR TO THE SKY. “We kept the continuity in the approach we established on The Quest, but we haven’t repeated ourselves. That was the main thing. As Yes did in the seventies from one album to another, we’re growing and moving forward. In later years, Yes often got going but then didn’t do the next thing. This album is demonstrative of us growing, and building again.”

For YES, that “next thing” is a collection of high energy, intricate, lush and layered new studio songs for an album which adds to the band’s much heralded legacy, while charting a path to exciting future times ahead.

Watch the previously released video for “All Connected” HERE and the one for “Cut From The Stars,” the album’s first single, HERE.

As they were wrapping up The Quest, Yes found themselves with song sketches, structures, and ideas that were demanding attention. Yes received unconditional support from InsideOut boss Thomas Waber, who encouraged them to keep going in the studio, months before The Quest would even go on sale. It was like throwing gasoline on their creative fire.

“When we delivered everything, and they were just getting the vinyl and everything into production for manufacturing, we were still very much in that creative zone,” explains Steve Howe. “That belief that Thomas had in us really meant a lot,” he says.

“We truly get along as people,” says Jon Davison. “I feel like everyone’s focused inward to the greater circle, concentric to the core of highest standards that define Yes. It’s a wonderful thing to witness and of which to play a part. I believe this reflects vibrantly in the music and the creative input that each one is willing to apply, not for the benefit of the individual, but for the greater whole that is Yes.”

“There was a lot of material floating around because the band hadn’t done anything in the studio for so long. Ideas were just copious,” says bassist Billy Sherwood. “The pace of it was fast. As soon as we were finished with The Quest, and the mix had come out, we took a couple of little breaks there to catch our breath. But there was still music flowing around in the loop. It was just constantly being looked at and worked on. As we were all home and in that mode, things started progressing quite swiftly. We just went one album into another without really announcing, ‘Hey, we’re working on a second record right now.’ We just continued to work on material. It came about pretty naturally, and then we refined it as the process went on. But the initial bursts — there was a lot of material around!”

Much to everyone’s delight, including that of longtime-fan Thomas Waber, Yes have pushed into territory they practically invented — the prog rock epic — albeit in a thoroughly new and modern way. “I always felt that it would be great to have stuff that’s a little bit more epic,” he says, although he resisted the temptation to push for something that would be too formatted and could come off as contrived. He just gave the band space to do what they do and let things develop. “They were so excited by The Quest and the momentum they had that they went straight back in to the studio. What they were writing, even early on, was obviously headed in that epic direction — what Yes music really is to me. It is almost a genre onto itself. It is ‘Yes Music.’ Mirror To The Sky certainly is Yes Music.”

MIRROR TO THE SKY features not one, but four tracks clocking in at over eight minutes, with the sweeping and cinematic title track coming in just shy of fourteen minutes. What’s more, the tracks, like Yes’ best, take the listener on a wide dynamically ranging journey of soundscapes which also showcase Steve Howe’s dazzling guitars, Jon Davison’s angelic, crystalline vocals, Billy Sherwood’s deftly dancing bass, keyboard wizard Geoff Downes’ impeccable sounds, exquisite melodies and fills, and Jay Schellen’s masterfully controlled explosions, on drums.

Jay Schellen, who has been touring with the band since 2016, was hand-picked to step into his mentor and friend Alan White’s role when White sadly passed away in 2022. “I had done the 2016 Topographic Drama tour on my own for Alan,” says Jay. “From late 2017 onwards, we had a beautiful partnership, I learned and discovered so much about Alan’s style. His passion and creativity was phenomenal.“It fit his personality so perfectly. This album has Alan’s presence all over it. It is inside of us. So this is still, in my heart, Alan just being present and with us, and with me, in a big way.”

The tour will start on Saturday, June 3 and stretch throughout the summer including three performances at the famed Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in Sturgis, SD. “There’s a reason why we selected Dusty, Good Ol’ Boyz, and Justin to be a part of this tour,” says MOONSHINE BANDITS front men Dusty ‘Big Tex’ Dahlgren and Brett “Bird” Brooks. “We wanted this run to be wild and crazy. We wanted it to be a big party so everyone that attends can leave their job and not worry about any day-to-day stress. There’s definitely going to be some ‘Pour Decisions’ made and we can’t wait to make them over and over again each night with you all!”

MOONSHINE BANDITS have paved the way for the budding country/rap genre amassing a dedicated legion of fans who call themselves the “Shiner Nation” with their grassroots touring and rebellious, outlaw values. The California-based duo recently shared the second single from POUR DECISIONS: “I’m A Problem” which features Juno Award-winning Canadian rapper MADCHILD. Watch the music video HERE. The album’s anthemic, chant-inducing debut single “I’m A Rebel” was released on March 15; stream it HERE.

POUR DECISIONS features 15-tracks that continue to show MOONSHINE BANDITS paving their own lane. The album takes its inspiration from the struggles and successes of America’s extraordinary era when dreams were being made while hunting for that elusive precious gem. Just like the rumrunners, bootleggers, smugglers, and outlaws of old, the MOONSHINE BANDITS provide a supply of goods for the demand, defying the mandates and trends of mainstream pop-culture. Playing off its title, the duo have also partnered with California Cowboy Whiskey to release Bucked Up Whiskey.

ABOUT MOONSHINE BANDITS:

Since their formation in Los Banos California in 2003, MOONSHINE BANDITS’ blue-collar work ethic and unwavering persistence has seen the band defy the mandates and trends of mainstream pop culture. The duo have crisscrossed the country performing hundreds of shows a year, ventured into branding their own beef jerky and moonshine, collaborated with some of the music business’s most prolific artists, outshined in the face of record industry roadblocks, earned a fiercely loyal fan following, and embrace the unconventional.

Long before people figured out country and rap had a lot in common, Moonshine Bandits were gaining critical acclaim from outlets including Rolling Stone, MTV, AOL, THE BOOT, YAHOO and their 2011 hit single “My Kind Of Country” peaked at #1 on CMT Music. The band continued to break barriers with their 2015 album BLACKED OUT which simultaneously landed on Billboard’s Top 10 Rap Albums (#10) and Top 15 Country Albums (#13). Moonshine Bandits average 2.3 million monthly streams across all platforms and to date have garnered over 260 million video views.
