LAS VEGAS — [SEPTEMBER 9, 2026] — Vic’s Supper Club is inviting guests to swing in and experience its newest culinary chapter with the launch of all-new Happy Hour, Lunch and Dinner menus, bringing fresh flavors, comfort food, and classic supper club favorites to the Las Vegas dining scene.

Known for pairing great food with live entertainment, handcrafted cocktails, and the timeless atmosphere of a classic supper club, Vic’s refreshed menus offer an expansive selection designed to appeal to both longtime guests and those discovering the destination for the first time.

“We wanted the new menus to reflect what Vic’s is all about — approachable, elevated food that feels special without losing the warmth and familiarity of a classic supper club,” said Executive Chef Rick Giffen. “There’s something for everyone, whether you’re joining us for lunch, enjoying dinner before a night out, or settling in for cocktails, music and a memorable evening.”

Lunch Brings Classic Favorites with a Vic’s Twist

The new lunch menu offers everything from shareable starters and fresh salads to flatbreads, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and pasta. Guests can start with Vic’s “OG” Meatballs, a trio of house-made meatballs served with pomodoro, ricotta and arugula, or Crackling Calamari, featuring crisp house-dredged calamari, sweet peppers, and Flying Fish sauce. Other favorites include Maryland Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes with truffle roasted red pepper vin Blanc and grilled lemon and Supper Club Shrimp Cocktail with wild-caught poached prawns, traditional cocktail sauce, and remoulade.

Salad selections include the colorful And the Beet Goes On, with oven-roasted red and gold beets, arugula, pickled onions, Marcona almonds and feta; the Supper Club Wedge with Applewood smoked bacon, heirloom tomatoes and blue cheese balsamic vinaigrette; and Strawberry Fields, featuring market-fresh greens, strawberries, avocado, feta and Chile candied walnuts.

For something more substantial, the Grilled 1855 Prime Burger comes on a toasted brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, house-made pickle relish, and Vic’s Sauce, while the California Chicken Club combines grilled chicken, avocado, bacon and aged Cheddar. Guests can also choose the Beef Tenderloin Baguette, Spicy Sausage Melt, Jalapeño Honey Crisp Chicken Wrap, or Pesto-Crusted Arctic Salmon Wrap.

Pasta lovers can dig into Rigatoni Carbonara with crisp pancetta and Pecorino cream, Pappardelle Bolognese made with local craft pasta and house-made meat sauce, Classic Chicken Parmesan with rigatoni pomodoro or Seafood Angel Hair alla Vodka with prawns, black mussels, calamari, heirloom tomatoes, and asparagus.

Daily Happy Hour takes Center Stage

Guests can kick off their evening with menu selections like Vic’s Chicks, Beef Tenderloin Sliders, Smoked Bacon & Cheddar Steak Fries, Citrus Hummus & Flatbread, Petite Wedge Salad and Mini Molten French Onion Soup, with bites priced from $8 to $9. The drink menu features $7 house red and white wine, $5 Trumer Pils draft and $7 Big Dog Pale Ale, making happy hour a deliciously easy way to unwind, meet up with friends, and enjoy the restaurant’s lively atmosphere.

Dinner Elevates the Supper Club Experience

Dinner continues with a selection of salads and flatbreads before moving into hearty entrées from the kitchen and grill. Among the dinner standouts are Pesto-Crusted Arctic Salmon, served with brown rice pilaf and lemon beurre Blanc, along with Apricot Chile Roasted Half Chicken accompanied by Smoked Gouda Mac N Cheese.

Classic favorites receive the Vic’s treatment with Chicken Parmesan and rigatoni pomodoro, Rigatoni Carbonara with crisp pancetta, Pecorino cream and cracked black pepper, and Pappardelle Bolognese with house-made meat sauce. The Grilled Vegetable Gnocchi Primavera offers a vegetable-forward option featuring sautéed potato pasta and seasonal vegetables.

From the grill, the Grilled 1855 Prime Burger returns as a signature, served with shoestring fries and Vic’s Sauce, while the Maple Miso Grilled Kurobuta Pork Chop pairs premium pork with green apple bacon marmalade and caramelized onion. For seafood lovers, the Seafood Angel Hair alla Vodka combines sautéed prawns, black mussels and calamari with heirloom tomatoes, asparagus, and vodka tomato cream.

Flatbreads, Shareables, and More

Vic’s flatbread selection is designed for both casual dining and sharing, with choices including Classic Pomodoro with mozzarella and lemon parsley gremolata, the Diavolo Triple Pig Pizza featuring spicy sausage, pancetta, prosciutto, pickled peppers and onions, and From the Garden, topped with seasonal grilled vegetables, arugula, olive oil and balsamic reduction.
