FRANKY AND THE ALL NIGHTERS
GEARING UP FOR THEIR 15TH SHOW
AS PART OF THEIR “HOT VEGAS NIGHTS” RESIDENCY
AT RED ROCK CASINO RESORT IN LAS VEGAS
ON FRIDAY, APRIL 25

THE SHOW TO INCLUDE SONGS FROM
THE BAND’S DEBUT ALBUM ‘DÁMELO’
ON TLG / VIRGIN MUSIC GROUP OUT THIS FALL

When FRANKY AND THE ALL NIGHTERS step onto the stage on Friday, April 25 at Red Rock Casino Resort in Las Vegas, it will mark the 15th show of their packed-out “Hot Vegas Nights” residency which has been extended a few times since its June 2024 launch. This free concert at the Rocks showroom begins at 9pm (doors are at 8pm). There’s extra excitement around this gig as the set list will include songs from the band’s upcoming album, DÁMELO, on TLG / Virgin Music Group out this fall (more details TBA).

“I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t excited and proud to have, at this stage in my career, another opportunity to work with a team like the people at The Label Group and Virgin Music Group,” says FRANKY PEREZ, the charismatic singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and Vegas native. “I’ve released albums independently before, but it wasn’t an easy road. When it’s working right, the infrastructure of a major label is unmatched.”

He adds: “When I recorded the songs for this new album, I knew in my heart I had something special. I made a promise to myself that I wouldn’t settle for anything less than a major release—and that anyone I brought on board had to understand the vision and, like me, be willing to do whatever it takes to bring this music to the people.”

I tapped into all of my influences for this album,” continues FRANKY, “but leaned heavily on my Latin roots. Still, I made it a point to keep the music accessible to everyone. Sometimes I dive straight into a Spanish chorus, but I intentionally set it up with English verses in a way that the message will resonate with everyone. With this album, I wanted to do what Santana did in the ’60s and ’70s—help the world experience another language and culture while feeling the joy of a deep Afro-Cuban rhythm. I often dream of people singing ‘Dámelo,’ the title track, back to me—and I truly believe that day will come.”

Anyone who’s seen the “Hot Vegas Nights” residency knows that FRANKY AND THE ALL NIGHTERS specialize in bringing the house down. FRANKY and his band—featuring eight accomplished musicians including ace guitarist Christian Brady; two background vocalists; and three dancers—are fierce and passionate, with a pumping horn section, congas, showgirl flair, soulful rocking songs, and Latin music reflecting FRANKY’s roots.

“My relationship with Station Casinos goes way back—well before this residency,” says FRANKY. “When I step into Rocks, it feels like an extension of my home. I think that feeling resonates with everyone who comes out to see the show. There’s a level of comfort and confidence on stage that only happens when everyone feels safe and is working with good intentions. Me, the band, and the Rocks crew are firing on all cylinders! Musically, we’ve carved out a unique identity in town, but that only comes from woodshedding in rehearsals and the countless hours we’ve spent on stage at Red Rock over the past year.”

Describing the show, FRANKY says: “I have a huge catalog of original music, and I’m very lucky that people want to hear it. ‘Run Down Nasty’ is an original that gets a huge crowd response, not only musically but also in its presentation, largely thanks to Tina Cookson, our lead dancer and choreographer. She outdid herself on that one, and it’s honestly something to be seen! As far as covers go, our take on ‘Whole Lotta Love’ is something else! Take Zep, Ike and Tina, Santana, and Tower of Power, throw them in a blender, pour it over ice, and you have our version. It’s a showstopper!”

“The band and I believe in this show and its music wholeheartedly,” says FRANKY. “Watching the audience grow night after night and become as emotionally invested in the project as we are is overwhelming and beyond words. I’m deeply grateful to Red Rock for recognizing our vision and providing us with a stage to bring it to life!”

As part of the show, FRANKY AND THE ALL NIGHTERS serve up creative mash-up arrangements that take the audience higher. Don’t be surprised, for example, to hear Michael Jackson’s “Dirty Diana” merged into Hozier’s “Take Me To Church.”

“Nothing is impossible, off-limits, or out of reach when it comes to choosing songs or arrangements for the show,” explains FRANKY. “I have an incredible band that can deliver on anything I throw at them! There are only two rules: 1) It must move you, and 2) It must groove.”

The FRANKY AND THE ALL NIGHTERS lineup is:

Franky Perez – Vocals, Guitar, Percussion
Christian Brady – Guitar
Michael “Doc” Ellis – Bass
Mario Dawson – Drums
Angelo Stokes – Cuban Percussion
Marlena Johnson – background vocals
Cassie Stone Brady  – background vocals
Kevin Mullinax – Trombone
Ramiro Nasello – Trumpet
Mark Tragesser – saxophone
Oscar Alejandro – Keys
Tina Cookson – Dancer
Sarah LeClear – Dancer
Veronica Shatsylo – Dancer

At the residency’s opening night last year, the audience included Eddie Trunk of SiriusXM, John Katsilometes of the Las Vegas Review Journal, singer Donovan Leitch, and guitarist Stoney Curtis.

“Not only is Franky a phenomenal singer and performer, but the entire band is stellar. A wide range of fantastic music played in a unique way only they can deliver. A truly great show and Vegas experience!”
Eddie Trunk, TrunkNation SiriusXM Radio

“A Las Vegas native, the ever-rocking Franky Perez is the heart and soul of his city. He and his backing band are all-in, every night, fully committed to a gold-standard performance.”
John Katsilometes, Las Vegas Review Journal

“It doesn’t get any more legit and ‘live’ than Franky Perez and The All Nighters! Every sensational, high-energy show takes the audience on an extraordinary musical journey from the downbeat to standing room encore.  Franky Perez and The All Nighters are ‘Simply The Best!’”

DUSTIN DOUGLAS & THE ELECTRIC GENTLEMEN Release Second Single And Video For “Dangerous Game” From New Album “IV” Out June 6

DATE: APRIL 11, 2025

FROM: MITCH SCHNEIDER/MARCEE RONDAN

DUSTIN DOUGLAS & THE ELECTRIC GENTLEMEN
TODAY (APRIL 11) RELEASE SECOND SINGLE AND VIDEO FOR “DANGEROUS GAME”
FROM THEIR NEW ALBUM ‘IV’
OUT JUNE 6 ON MOMOJO RECORDS
LISTEN TO THE TRACK HERE AND WATCH THE VIDEO HERE

A red lips with a bullet in it

“Douglas is also a world class guitarist, making him and his power trio the band to watch in 2025.”Rock Blues and Muse (3/14/2025)

DUSTIN DOUGLAS & THE ELECTRIC GENTLEMEN have today (April 11) released the second single and video for “Dangerous Game” from their highly anticipated fourth album IV (MoMojo Records) due out June 6. Listen to the track HERE and watch the video HERE.

Dangerous Game” leans heavily into the band’s Rock n’ Roll side. With a signature guitar riff destined to be one of his best, Dustin Douglas not only sings with power and grit of a dangerous romance but emits the feeling through a six-string fury. The song is a classic rock-rooted adventure with an injection of sleaze and power.

“My Rock n’ Roll side on full display with ‘Dangerous Game,’” Douglas says. “My love of AC/DC and The Cult inspired this vibe. It felt good to turn up and tune out.”

“We wanted to try something completely different and fresh,” Douglas adds about the song’s video. “Like the track itself, the video is raw and intense with a single, hand-held camera approach. I feel the vibe of the video perfectly fits the energy of the song.”

Fronted by ferocious guitarist/singer/songwriter Dustin Douglas, The Electric Gentlemen—rounded out by drummer Tommy Smallcomb and bassist Matt Gabrielare known to deliver a heavy dose of swagger, groove, and rock ‘n’ roll attitude both on stage and in the studio.

IV—the fourth studio endeavor from Dustin Douglas & The Electric Gentlemen—is a raw, unapologetic, Blues-Rock Master course. It is a powerhouse album drenched in whiskey-soaked riffs and soaring Rock n’ Roll vocals that once again display Douglas’ meteoric rise as one of the heaviest hitters in the Blues-Rock world. The album was recorded at Eight Days a Week Studios in Northumberland, PA by Paul Smith (Badlees), who engineered and co-produced the album with Douglas. It was mixed and mastered by Nick Coyle (Lifer, Drama Club, Death Valley Dreams).

IV is an album inspired by letting go of any musical chains,” says Dustin Douglas. “I had no intention of following any genre restraints or restrictions.”

“I wanted to take as many chances as possible,” he adds. “IV certainly has all the elements that make us who we are, but there’s certainly some new and exciting sonic territories being discovered this time around.”

The new track follows the album’s first single “Damage” (released last month) which Rock Blues and Muse (March 14) praised: “Infusing a vintage feel into a modern rock n’ roll vibe, Dustin Douglas has the pipes for rock n’ roll with soul, and he coils himself around this down and dirty song with his made-for-rock voice. The band’s new single is a supercharged, fresh take on their signature, genre defying brand of Blues Rock. Douglas is also a world class guitarist, making him and his power trio the band to watch in 2025.”

IV is the follow-up album to DDEG’s 2023 release, BLACK LEATHER BLUES. DUSTIN DOUGLAS & THE ELECTRIC GENTLEMEN have been nominated and won numerous awards including Steamtown Music Awards (Scranton, PA) Central Penn-sylvania Music Awards, Independent Blues Music Awards and Blues Blast Music Awards.

IV track list:

1. Long Gone
2. Damage
3. Dangerous Game
4. Drunk and Alone
5. Satisfied
6. Please and Thank You
7. Every Dog Has His Day
8. Give It To Me Straight
9. Missin’ You

ABOUT ANTONIA BENNETT & CHRISTIAN JACOB

Antonia, daughter of the legendary Tony Bennett, has been captivating audiences worldwide with her unique blend of classic jazz standards and original compositions that echo the timeless essence of The Great American Songbook. Her illustrious career includes performances alongside icons such as Rosemary Clooney, Count Basie, and Frank Sinatra, and she has graced such renowned venues as Radio City Music Hall, the Hollywood Bowl, and London’s Royal Albert Hall.

Accompanying Antonia is the esteemed French jazz pianist Christian Jacob. Born in Metz, France, Christian began his musical journey at the age of four, initially immersed in classical music before discovering jazz at ten. His early influences included jazz legends like Dave Brubeck and Oscar Peterson. Christian’s distinguished career features collaborations with the Tierney Sutton Band, performances with jazz greats such as Gary Burton and Maynard Ferguson, and composing scores for Clint Eastwood’s films “Sully” and “The 15:17 to Paris.” His latest trio recording, “The Originals,” showcases his exceptional artistry and innovative compositions.

ABOUT BENNY BENACK III

By age 33, Emmy-nominated trumpeter and singer Benny Benack III has proven to be that rarest of talents: not only a fiery trumpet player with a stirring command of the postbop trumpet vernacular in the vein of Kenny Dorham and Freddie Hubbard, but also a singer with a sly, mature, naturally expressive delivery in the post-Sinatra mold, performing standards and his own astute songs with a thrilling sense of showmanship. This dual-threat ability was recognized by the 2025 Downbeat Readers Poll where he won the category of Rising Star Male Vocalist and placed #8 as a Rising Star Trumpeter as well. His superb intonation and bracing virtuosity enable him to handle astounding feats of originally composed vocalese (complex solos with written lyrics). On top of it all, he’s a highly capable pianist as well.

Benny has performed internationally as an Emcee/Host for the YouTube sensation Postmodern Jukebox and achieved his own viral success amassing millions of views for his crooning alongside the Grammy-award winning “8-Bit Big Band”. In early 2020 he released A Lot of Livin’ to Do, the follow-up to his well-received 2017 debut One of a Kind. This sophomore effort, richly varied in mood and brimming with bop inflection, features bassist extraordinaire and Jazz ambassador Christian McBride (whose Grammy-award winning Big Band frequently calls upon Benny in the trumpet section) and drummer/producer Ulysses Owens, Jr., as well as the radiant Takeshi Ohbayashi on piano and Rhodes. His vocalese duet on “Social Call” from this album alongside fellow young star vocalist Veronica Swift became an instant smash hit single, being transcribed and learned by Jazz vocalists around the world. His latest album “Third Time’s the Charm” features many stars including Peter Bernstein, Emmet Cohen & Bria Skonberg and was released in June 2023 to critical acclaim and chart-topping success, reaching #2 on the JazzWeek National Radio Charts.

Alongside his global touring as a straight-ahead/contemporary bandleader, Benny has appeared as a trumpet soloist in more commercial circles alongside Josh Groban, Ben Folds, fashion icon Isaac Mizrahi, Ann Hampton Callaway and more. He’s been featured at Birdland, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Mezzrow, Bemelmans Bar at the Carlyle and other leading New York venues and has also been a special guest with the Pittsburgh Symphony Pops Orchestra, the Columbus Jazz Orchestra and the Minsk Philharmonic Orchestra. He made his television debut in NBC’s short-lived, SNL-inspired variety show “Maya & Marty” playing in the in-studio band led by acclaimed bassist & Broadway arranger Charlie Rosen. More recent TV credits include “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” where he’s performed in the House Band started by Jon Batiste. His global recognition has been bolstered by recent live-streaming concerts at Smalls Jazz Club, where he maintains a Jam Session residency, as well as frequent appearances on fellow young lion Emmet Cohen’s smash-hit online concert series “Emmet’s Place”.

Third in a generational line of Pittsburgh jazz notables, Benny follows in the footsteps of his trumpeter/bandleader grandfather, Benny Benack, Sr. (1921-86), and his father Benny Benack, Jr., a saxophonist/clarinetist who gave the young Benny his first professional experience. Benny, Sr. hailed from a Pittsburgh lineage that also produced Roy Eldridge, Earl Hines, Art Blakey, Billy Strayhorn and so many more. He recorded the Pittsburgh Pirates’ 1960 theme song “Beat ’Em Bucs” and toured with Tommy Dorsey and Raymond Scott, among others. Benny III returns to Pittsburgh often to perform, saluting his family forebears and the jazz heritage, nonetheless staking his bold and highly individual artistic claim. He is an endorsing artist with Torpedo Bags cases, CarolBrass flugelhorns, as well as various menswear fashion lines including X-Suit, Alain Dupetit, Brisk Shirts, Proper Cloth & Vittone.

ABOUT MARLENE RICCI

Marlene Ricci was born in Buffalo, New York where she made her singing debut at a wedding at age five. By sixteen, she was driven to perform at nightclubs in the Buffalo area by her father. A few years later, she made her way to Las Vegas, where Frank Sinatra saw her “belting it out” in the Aladdin lounge. He immediately picked up the phone and called his iconic arranger Don Costa who flew in the next day to convert Ms. Ricci’s pop songs into 32-piece orchestrations. Soon, Frank put Marlene on the bill, and she became his opening act, touring with him nationally for two and a half years.

During that tour, Marlene was picked as the Cinderella girl and featured in the CBS TV Special “Cinderella at the Palace” ending the show with her own version of the pop song “With One More Look at You” from “A Star Is Born”. Marlene went on to perform with many of the world’s greatest entertainers, Frank Sinatra, Bob Hope, Paul Anka, Flip Wilson, Wayne Newton, Don Rickles, Lee Greenwood, even the Village People and many others. A Top 20 pop hit in Europe “Tonight” produced by Jack White, known for his hits with Laura Branigan created concert performances worldwide and numerous TV appearances in Europe and on Merv Griffin, Mike Douglas and The Tonight Show. Breaking all records during a run at The Top O’ the Dunes, she returned to the Strip as guest star in “The Great Radio City Spectacular” featuring the Rockettes at the Flamingo Hotel. Following that, she held a long-time engagement for her own show at the Riviera Hotel in the Le Bistro Theater and has been captivating audiences in Las Vegas and beyond ever since.
