Biography

CONTRACULT Collective was formed by Svart and guitarist Culprit and includes BX on synth/backup vocals. The band were signed to Roadrunner Records and released a series of singles and accompanying music videos including the NSFW “Hogtied,” “WDYT,” “It’s The Water” and a cover of Hole’s “Violet,” all of which were featured on their self-released debut EP. The outfit were featured as part of a mini-documentary series via The Pit What Burns in the Soul: CONTRACULT Collective discussing the relationship between the BDSM subculture and heavy music
