Following a month-long celebration with tens-of-thousands of attendees, the first annual THE FAIR AT SANTA ANITA PARK will wrap its inaugural run this Sunday, August 21. Hours this weekend are Thursday and Friday, 4:00-11:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday 12:00 11:00 PM (last entry 10:00 PM daily). THE FAIR AT SANTA ANITA PARK includes onsite activities with something for fans of all ages. Family-friendly on-site activities include more than 50 rides and games including three Ferris wheels, the Star Tower Swing ride (soaring 125′ above the grounds, with a birds eye view of the fair and surrounding areas), Olympic Bobsled Coaster, Cliff Hanger, a brand-new ride called the Drone, along with a Haunted Mansion and a variety of traditional carnival games. A designated Kid Zone is highlighted by a train ride, Grand Carousel, Fun Slide, and much more. Fairgoers will also experience multiple daily shows from Team FXM Motorcycle Stunt Show, ExtremeDogs Stunt Dog Show, along with a full line-up of musical performances. In addition, fans can feast on classic festival fare from Juicy’s Fair Food (Giant Turkey Legs, Deep Fried Oreos, Funnel Cakes, Caramel Apples, Lemonade).
THE FAIR AT SANTA ANITA PARK will operate as a ticketless event and promote covid-friendly digital ticketing and a digital currency system. Contactless payment (through mobile apps or pre-loaded onto the event’s RFID wristband) throughout the park provides added safety.
