FRANKY PEREZ AND THE ALL NIGHTERS:
“THE RETURN OF THE VEGAS SHOWMAN”
WEEKLY WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT RESIDENCY
AT IVAN KANE’S LEGENDARY FORTY DEUCE
INSIDE MANDALAY BAY RESORT AND CASINO
OPENING NIGHT FEBRUARY 18

Singer, songwriter, and Las Vegas headliner FRANKY PEREZ—acclaimed for his powerhouse voice, magnetic stage presence, and genre-blending artistry—and his dynamic band The All Nighters have announced the first shows of their weekly residency at Ivan Kane’s legendary Forty Deuce inside Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. These shows at the newly reopened burlesque club get underway Wednesday, February 18, starting at 8pm (doors at 7pm) and every Wednesday and Thursday after that. The residency is presented by Wild Turkey Bourbon.

Backed by The All Nighters—featuring guitarist Christian Brady, blistering horns, Cuban percussion, a crisp rhythm section, backup singers, and world-famous Las Vegas showgirls and dancers—the born-and-raised Vegas artist FRANKY describes the 75-minute spectacle as “a sexy, genre-bending, high-energy live music experience combining deep funk, soul, rock ‘n roll, and Latin rhythms.” He adds: “Dancing encouraged. Singing expected. Leaving early not recommended.” Look for celebrity guests, notes FRANKY, to join him onstage throughout the residency. Watch a sizzle reel of the show HERE.

Tickets for the shows, priced at $30 G/A and $45 VIP, are available at Forty Deuce and HERE. And for a limited time, locals will receive free admission with Nevada ID and free parking for the first three hours (also with Nevada ID).

“This isn’t a nostalgic show stylistically but it definitely is in the sense that I want to bring that old relationship with the Strip back,” explains FRANKY. “I want locals to enjoy the experience and not have to break the bank. Vegas was never cheap but it was affordable and it can be again. Which is why I am working with sponsors like Wild Turkey Bourbon so I can make it free to locals with Nevada ID. And by reminding them that parking at Mandalay Bay is free for the first three hours for locals. And that we will have drink specials like ‘The Wild Turkey All Nighter’ so they can enjoy the evening. I want to be on a first name basis with the people that come see my show. I want people to make plans and say ‘I’m gonna go to Mandalay Bay have a nice meal a couple drinks and see my friend Franky.’ That is Vegas.”

FRANKY’s wide-ranging set list for these shows will include “Leche for the Bebé.” It’s the vibrant new single from the forthcoming bilingual album DÁMELO by FRANKY PEREZ AND THE ALL NIGHTERS out spring 2026 via The Label Group/Virgin Music Group. The track features hip-hop legend Sen Dog of Cypress Hill and marks the beginning of what promises to be PEREZ’s most ambitious and culturally resonant project to date. Listen to the song HERE and watch the video HERE.

A mix of deep funk, Latin soul, Cuban rhythm, and rock ’n’ roll swagger, “Leche for the Bebé” embodies the universal sound that has become FRANKY’s hallmark. The song’s irresistible groove and tight musicianship showcase FRANKY PEREZ AND THE ALL NIGHTERS at full power—blending electric guitar, horns, a nasty bassline, and a hook anyone can sing no matter where they’re from. “Including Sen definitely took the track to the next level,” FRANKY recalls. “He wrote his rhyme right there on the spot. The guy es una bestia!” The black-and-white music video for “Leche for the Bebé”—featuring Sen Dog, world-renowned visual artist Nico Roussin, and legendary B-boy Rampage—captures the high-octane joy of FRANKY PEREZ AND THE ALL NIGHTERS’ live show.
