Singer, songwriter, and frontman FRANKY PEREZ, acclaimed for his powerhouse voice, magnetic stage presence, and genre-blending artistry, will return to ABC-TV’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live” September 8, 9, and 10. He’ll perform with the show’s house band, the Cletones, having guested on the show this past April. These three Kimmel appearances line up with FRANKY PEREZ AND THE ALL NIGHTERS’ ongoing weekly Thursday night show at the Treasure Island Theater inside Treasure Island Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip, billed as “The Return Of The Vegas Showman,” as well as the group’s album Dámelo via The Label Group/Virgin Music Group. Watch a sizzle reel of the show HERE.

“Performing on late-night TV has always been a benchmark and a dream of mine,” says Perez. “Being asked to do it once is incredible. Being asked to return for three nights is an honor on another level, and I’m truly grateful for the opportunity. The Vegas connection runs deep on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and I’m proud to be a small part of it.”

While in Los Angeles to perform on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” the Las Vegas born-and-bred artist will be interviewed on KLTA Morning News on September 7 about “The Return Of The Vegas Showman.” The high-energy and all-ages show, which debuted in late June and starts at 7pm on Thursday nights, is designed as a modern take on the classic Las Vegas production show, combining a large live band, horns, percussion, dancers, showgirls, and a full-scale visual experience. The Las Vegas Review Journal has noted the show “packs a punch” and that “Perez commits, completely, every time out.” Tickets for the show by Las Vegas’ #1 Local Entertainer are available HERE.

A major focus of the show is accessibility. Tickets are priced at $25 all-in, with free parking, no drink minimum, and an all-ages format, making the show an attractive option for both locals and visitors. “One of the things I’m most proud of is that we intentionally wanted to make this show accessible,” shares Perez. “Las Vegas was built on entertainment, and people should be able to experience a real live production show without feeling priced out of it. We wanted to create something that feels world-class, but still welcoming and affordable.”

Musically, the show moves through a wide range of styles and influences, reflecting Perez’s background as an artist. Audiences can expect rock and roll, Latin rhythms, soul, theatrical moments, big singalongs, and emotional highlights throughout the approximately 75-minute production. Backed by THE ALL NIGHTERS—featuring guitarist Christian Brady, blistering horns, Cuban percussion, a crisp rhythm section, backup singers, and world-famous Las Vegas showgirls and dancers— Perez describes the show as “a sexy, genre-bending, high-energy live music experience combining deep funk, soul, rock ‘n roll, and Latin rhythms.”

“The show is designed to feel like a complete journey,” elaborates Perez. He’ll be performing songs from Dámelo as well as material from his acclaimed catalog of albums, along with, he says, “new interpretations of classic songs that helped shape me as an artist. We’re not interested in simply copying songs people already know. We want to honor what made them special while giving them new life.”

Las Vegas’ #1 Local Entertainer and acclaimed performer FRANKY PEREZ and THE ALL NIGHTERS are bringing a new weekly show to Treasure Island Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip, marking a major career milestone for the singer, musician, recording artist, and showman. The all-ages production will be staged in the Treasure Island Theater, providing audiences with a high-energy celebration of live music, classic Las Vegas showmanship, and modern entertainment. The show launches Thursday, June 25 with a special complimentary opening night performance at 7pm (door at 6pm) before continuing every Thursday thereafter at 7pm with tickets priced at $25 including taxes and fees. For opening night, audiences will be treated to a special guest appearance by comedian Jules Horowitz, a quirky, sharp and self-aware performer whose offbeat point of view makes him a fitting addition to the launch celebration. Tickets are available HERE.

“We are thrilled to welcome Franky Perez and The All Nighters to Treasure Island,” said Phil Ruffin, owner of Treasure Island Hotel & Casino. “This show captures the energy and excitement that define Las Vegas entertainment, while also being intentionally priced and designed to be accessible for locals and visitors alike. It’s exactly the kind of programming we want to bring to our stage.”

For the Las Vegas born-and-raised PEREZ, the announcement represents a full-circle moment.

“Growing up in Las Vegas, I remember looking up at the marquees on Las Vegas Blvd and being inspired by the artists who helped define what entertainment in this city could be,” says Perez, acclaimed for his powerhouse voice, magnetic stage presence, and genre-blending artistry. “I dreamed that one day I might have the opportunity to be part of that tradition. To now headline a weekly show on the Las Vegas Strip at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino is truly a dream come true.”

Perez has performed on major stages around the world and shared the spotlight with countless icons and legendary artists throughout his career, including Ringo Starr, Geezer Butler, Slash, Billy Idol, Steve Stevens, and Billy Gibbons. But he notes that this show carries a special meaning.

“I’ve been fortunate to perform in incredible places and alongside incredible artists, but this moment feels different,” he explains. “This is home. Las Vegas made me, and to bring this show to the Strip, in such an iconic venue, is something I’ll never take for granted. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity and honored to share a stage connected to such an important part of Las Vegas entertainment.”

The show is designed as a modern take on the classic Las Vegas production show, combining a large live band, horns, percussion, dancers, showgirls, and a full-scale visual experience. At its core, however, Perez says the production is rooted in authenticity and live musicianship.

“This is a live music show first, but it has the scale, energy, and visual excitement people expect from a great night out in Las Vegas,” points out Perez. “We have an incredible band, dancers, showgirls, and a production built to pull people into the experience from the moment the show begins. It celebrates the spirit of classic Las Vegas entertainment, but it feels fresh, current, and alive.”

Musically, the show moves through a wide range of styles and influences, reflecting Perez’s background as an artist. Audiences can expect rock and roll, Latin rhythms, soul, theatrical moments, big singalongs, and emotional highlights throughout the approximately 75-minute production.

“The show is designed to feel like a complete journey,” elaborates Perez. He’ll be performing songs from his new album Dámelo (Virgin Music Group) as well as material from his acclaimed catalog of albums, along with, he says, “new interpretations of classic songs that helped shape me as an artist. We’re not interested in simply copying songs people already know. We want to honor what made them special while giving them new life.”

Perez says the musicianship of The All Nighters is one of the defining elements of the show.

“The band brings so much personality to every arrangement. There’s an energy that only happens when real musicians are playing live together. It’s exciting, emotional, and sometimes unpredictable in the best way. That’s what live entertainment is supposed to feel like.”

A major focus of the show is accessibility. Tickets are priced at $25, with free parking, no drink minimum, and an all-ages format, making the show an attractive option for both locals and visitors.

Perez says the combination of ticket value, free parking, and no drink minimum was an important part of creating an experience that feels easy and enjoyable for audiences.

“We want people to come in, relax, enjoy the atmosphere, have great food and drinks if they want to, and experience an incredible night out without pressure. Whether it’s a family night, a date night, a group of friends, locals, or visitors, this show was created for people to enjoy together.”

The all-ages element was also a priority for Perez, who grew up experiencing live entertainment in Las Vegas with his own family.

“Some of my greatest memories growing up in Las Vegas were seeing live entertainment with my family,” recalls Perez. “I wanted this show to bring that feeling back. Music has a way of connecting generations, and this production was built so parents, kids, grandparents, locals, and tourists can all enjoy it together.”

Perez also hopes the show inspires younger audience members the way live music inspired him as a child.

“Seeing talented musicians perform live can change your life. It can make a kid want to pick up a guitar, sit behind a drum kit, sing into a microphone, or simply believe that a creative dream is possible. That happened to me. If even one young person leaves the theater inspired to make music because of something they saw on our stage, that would mean the world to me.”

With its blend of live music, dance, showgirls, classic Vegas style, and modern energy, Perez’s new show aims to celebrate the city’s entertainment legacy while introducing it to a new generation of audiences.

“That’s really the spirit of the entire show,” says Perez. “It’s about honoring tradition while making it feel fresh, alive, and current.”

DATE: APRIL 6, 2026

FROM: MITCH SCHNEIDER/ANDREA FAULK

FRANKY PEREZ AND THE ALL NIGHTERS:
“THE RETURN OF THE VEGAS SHOWMAN”
WEEKLY WEDNESDAY NIGHT RESIDENCY
AT IVAN KANE’S LEGENDARY FORTY DEUCE
INSIDE MANDALAY BAY

Singer, songwriter, and Las Vegas headliner FRANKY PEREZ—acclaimed for his powerhouse voice, magnetic stage presence, and genre-blending artistry—and his dynamic band The All Nighters are performing a weekly residency at Ivan Kane’s legendary Forty Deuce inside Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. Every Wednesday night at the newly rebooted burlesque club, the show starts at 8pm (doors at 7pm). The residency is presented by Wild Turkey Bourbon. Tickets are available at www.fxptheartist.com. There’s free parking for the first three hours for locals (with Nevada ID).

Backed by The All Nighters—featuring guitarist Christian Brady, blistering horns, Cuban percussion, a crisp rhythm section, backup singers, and world-famous Las Vegas showgirls and dancers—the born-and-raised Vegas artist FRANKY describes the 75-minute spectacle as “a sexy, genre-bending, high-energy live music experience combining deep funk, soul, rock ‘n roll, and Latin rhythms.” He adds: “Dancing encouraged. Singing expected. Leaving early not recommended.” Look for celebrity guests, notes FRANKY, to join him onstage throughout the residency. Watch a sizzle reel of the show HERE.

Sirius XM host and personality Eddie Trunk says the residency is a “truly great Vegas show that everyone will dig. The band is killer and Franky is a great singer and entertainer. The arrangement of the stage kind of wraps around and you’re in the show no matter where you sit. Go check it out if coming to Vegas and looking for a fun (and affordable!) live show!”

FRANKY’s wide-ranging set list for these shows includes “Leche for the Bebé.” It’s the vibrant single from the forthcoming bilingual album DÁMELO by FRANKY PEREZ AND THE ALL NIGHTERS, due out April 17, via The Label Group/Virgin Music Group. The track features hip-hop legend Sen Dog of Cypress Hill and marks the beginning of what promises to be PEREZ’s most ambitious and culturally resonant project to date. Listen to the song HERE and watch the video HERE.

A mix of deep funk, Latin soul, Cuban rhythm, and rock ’n’ roll swagger, “Leche for the Bebé” embodies the universal sound that has become FRANKY’s hallmark. The song’s irresistible groove and tight musicianship showcase FRANKY PEREZ AND THE ALL NIGHTERS at full power—blending electric guitar, horns, a nasty bassline, and a hook anyone can sing no matter where they’re from. “Including Sen definitely took the track to the next level,” FRANKY recalls. “He wrote his rhyme right there on the spot. The guy es una bestia!” The black-and-white music video for “Leche for the Bebé”—featuring Sen Dog, world-renowned visual artist Nico Roussin, and legendary B-boy Rampage—captures the high-octane joy of FRANKY PEREZ AND THE ALL NIGHTERS’ live show.

Acclaimed singer, songwriter, and Las Vegas headliner FRANKY PEREZ—known for his powerhouse voice, magnetic stage presence, and genre-blending artistry—returns with “Leche for the Bebé.” It’s the vibrant new single from the forthcoming bilingual album DÁMELO by FRANKY PEREZ AND THE ALL NIGHTERS out spring 2026 via The Label Group/Virgin Music Group. The track, available today (November 20), features hip-hop legend Sen Dog of Cypress Hill and marks the beginning of what promises to be PEREZ’s most ambitious and culturally resonant project to date. Listen to the song HERE and watch the video HERE.

“I used to sing it to my daughter to calm her down when she was a toddler,” says PEREZ. “After a while, everyone in the house was singing it, so I figured there had to be something there. Once I got into the studio, I knew I had something special. It’s one of the funkiest tracks on the album.”

The guy es una bestia!”

A Universal Sound Rooted in Las Vegas and Latin Soul

Born and raised in Las Vegas, FRANKY PEREZ has carved out a remarkable career collaborating with musical icons such as Apocalyptica, Scars on Broadway, Daron Malakian, John Dolmayan, David Bowie, Wayne Kramer, Dave Kushner (Velvet Revolver), Steve Jones (Sex Pistols), Slash, Duff McKagan, Omar Hakim, Josh Freese, The Crystal Method, Cypress Hill, Chester Bennington, Velvet Revolver, Billy Gibbons, Sons of Anarchy Band, Ronnie Wood, Ringo Starr, Geezer Butler, and Deadland Ritual, among many others. PEREZ‘s music has also been featured in various major films, most notably The Avengers and Girl Fight. He also contributed music to six of seven seasons of the “Sons Of Anarchy” television series.

A natural-born showman and musical chameleon, PEREZ has earned a reputation as one of the most dynamic entertainers in music today—constantly pushing creative boundaries while staying rooted in authenticity.

Now, with DÁMELO, FRANKY steps into a bold new chapter. The self-written, performed, recorded, and produced album is a celebration of his cultural roots and musical evolution—a bilingual, rhythmically rich fusion of Latin groove, soulful pop, and heartfelt storytelling. Shaped under the guidance of multi–Latin Grammy–winning producer Sebastian Krys, the project reflects PEREZ’s desire to build bridges between audiences.

“I wanted to create something that could bring people together,” FRANKY explains. “When I look out over a crowd and see everyone singing the same words, it gives me hope that we’re not too far gone.”

The Video and Live Experience

The black-and-white music video for “Leche for the Bebé”—featuring Sen Dog, world-renowned visual artist Nico Roussin, and legendary B-boy Rampage—captures the high-octane joy of FRANKY PEREZ AND THE ALL NIGHTERS’ live show.

“What you see in the video is what you can expect at a Franky Perez and The All Nighters show,” FRANKY explains. “Entertainers having a great time, doing what they love. When Sen showed up, I told him, ‘If you do you and I do me, it’s gonna read.’ And that’s exactly what you see—his energy is one of my favorite parts.”

To mark the release, FRANKY will launch a new residency every Wednesday and Thursday at 8pm, beginning January 7 and 8, at Ivan Kane’s legendary Forty Deuce, reopening New Year’s Eve inside Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. This will be followed by international tour dates.

Backed by his powerhouse band, The All Nighters—featuring guitarist Christian Brady, blistering horns, Cuban percussion, an airtight rhythm section, backup singers, and world-famous Las Vegas showgirls and dancers—the show is a genre-bending, culture-packed spectacle that embodies the heart of DÁMELO: connecting cultures, languages, and souls through music.
