SPICE UP VALENTINE’S DAY AT EL DORADO CANTINA

WHAT:            This Valentine’s Day, love is on the menu at El Dorado Cantina. Celebrate with bold flavors and handcrafted cocktails while surrounded by roses in a warm, romantic atmosphere designed for couples who believe love should come with a little heat.

Choose from favorites like specialty tacos and burritos, or delight in a special prix fixe menu for $65 per person that includes a glass of champagne:

Appetizer (choice of)

        • Mexican Caesar Salad – Romaine lettuce and a roasted jalapeño and pepita dressing, topped with tortilla strips
        • Mexican Seared Tuna – Tuna, avocado, fried tortillas, cocktail sauce
        • Chicken Taquitos – Pulled chicken, corn tortillas, romaine lettuce, salsa cascabel, pico de gallo, avocado sauce, sour cream, queso fresco
        • Tableside Guacamole* (*additional $10 supplemental charge) – Avocados, serrano chilies, garlic, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, tortilla chips

Entrée (choice of)

        • Chicken, Steak & Shrimp Combo Fajitas – Served with grilled peppers, grilled onions, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, choice of flour or corn tortillas, cilantro rice & refried beans
        • Rudolph’s Cedar Chipotle Salmon – Wild salmon, cedar plank, honey chipotle glaze, snap peas, cilantro rice, petite potatoes, grilled asparagus, broccolini
