The world of K-Pop is about to get even bigger. Are you ready America?

With a successful presence already established in Asia with their 2019 inaugural event, KAMP–the first-ever international completely K-Pop festival–has set its sights on Los Angeles in 2021 at Banc of California Stadium. Stay tuned for additional details to be announced in the coming months.

First introduced to K-Pop fans in Singapore last year, KAMP drew a crowd of 20,000 K-Pop fans from throughout Asia and a lineup that included Super Junior, NCT127, Momoland, Stray Kids, Chung Ha, Ha Sung Woon, G-FRIEND, AleXa, and Sonnet Son. In choosing the festival’s next city, festival promoter and KAMP Global CEO and founder TIM KIM says, “Los Angeles is not only the home to entertainment, but a major global community that is home to so many different cultures. K-Pop has become a global music language and we felt that there was no better place to start our North America festivals. Most importantly, as an Angeleno, how could I not imagine a K-Pop festival under the beautiful weather of Los Angeles?”

KIM continues, “When I first envisioned KAMP, I imagined our festival being held in at least 10 major cities in different continents around the world. As we are the first global K-Pop festival, our goal is to bring a true and creative K-Pop experience to fans in all corners of the world.”

KAMP Los Angeles is being developed as an event created specifically for the genre with various attractions and engagement activities involving K-Pop culture which will be a unique experience to the fans. KAMP will offer a variety of amenities including VIP experiences and culture zones encompassing a variety of food options, along with an e-sports/gaming showcase.
