WHAT:             Vic’s Las Vegas is serving up an eggs-traordinary brunch with something for every bunny. Enjoy offerings from their Italian American menu or delight in their Easter specials, including:

      • Eggs Benedict – with hollandaise sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, and roasted asparagus ($17)
      • Waffles with Berries ($15)
      • Leg of Lamb – with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus ($38)
      • Salmon Oscar – sauteed and served with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus ($42)
      • Shrimp Scampi – with angel hair pasta and topped with pecorino cheese ($36)

Diners will enjoy live music by the LVA Jazz Trio from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
