BRIT FLOYD—”widely recognized as the world’s premiere Pink Floyd experience” (Rolling Stone) and currently on their expansive 123-date North American tour—have just excitingly announced that renowned vocalist Machan “Margaret” Taylor will join the band as a special guest for select performances, beginning July 10 at the iconic Greek Theatre in Los Angeles (see dates below). In addition, the group will welcome saxophone sensation Scott Page (Pink Floyd/Toto/Supertramp) for two shows: July 10 at The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles and July 11 at SDSU Open Air in San Diego.

The addition of Machan Taylor brings an authentic connection to Pink Floyd’s legacy and promises to make these special summer performances even more memorable for fans. Nearly 40 years after performing with Pink Floyd on the A Momentary Lapse of Reason and Delicate Sound of Thunder tours, Taylor—a celebrated member of Pink Floyd’s touring family (as Margret Taylor)—is joining BRIT FLOYD to reprise some of her unforgettable performances. Machan is also the author of the new memoir Naked Out Loud, which tells the story behind her remarkable life in music, from her childhood in Japan and New Jersey to performing with Pink Floyd. Her powerful voice has become synonymous with some of the most memorable live performances in Pink Floyd’s history.

These dates mark BRIT FLOYD’s most ambitious production to date: The Moon, The Wall and Beyond tour. Produced by Palladium Entertainment, the dates celebrate 15 years of Brit Floyd (established in 2011), a milestone that underscores the band’s evolution into a global phenomenon, having performed over 1,600 shows worldwide. The 2026 dates showcase a powerful creative concept celebrating two of Pink Floyd’s most iconic and best-selling albums of all time, Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall. The dates follow a massive 2025 that saw BRIT FLOYD dazzle audiences across North America, the UK, and Europe. Some highlights along the 2026 tour route include a return to the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, along with stops in San Diego (San Diego State University Open Air Theatre) Grand Prairie, TX, Houston, TX, Cleveland, OH, and Charlotte, NC. Along the tour route, BRIT FLOYD will perform two special collaborative engagements (Saratoga Springs, NY and Bridgeport, CT) with Get the Led Out–A tribute to The Mighty Zep.

The Moon, The Wall and Beyond is BRIT FLOYD’s most immersive production to date, combining spectacular laser and lighting design, iconic visuals and inflatables, a massive video screen, and theatrical staging inspired by The Wall. On select nights, audiences will experience full thematic performances, with distinct setlists dedicated to each album—creating two completely different concert experiences within the same tour. The shows will feature selections from Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall, including such timeless classics such as “Time,” “Money,” “Comfortably Numb,” and “Another Brick in the Wall, Part 2.” Beyond these iconic songs, audiences can also expect a selection of fan favorites from Pink Floyd’s vast discography including tracks from Wish You Were Here to Animals and many more.

Blending the fiddle-and-steel twang of classic ’90s country with a fresh, contemporary edge, Hank Ruff is quickly becoming one of the most exciting rising stars in country music.

Raised in Southern Indiana, Hank’s love for country music began at an early age. Influenced by legendary artists like Clint Black, Wade Hayes, and John Anderson, he grew up immersed in traditional country sounds before developing a style all his own. The COPA ROOM inside Tuscany Suites & Casino is proudly keeping the rock n’ roll fire burning in Las Vegas. This July marks the one-year anniversary of the intimate venue with a big sound, which presents national and local rock shows, mostly on weekends, catering to a diverse array of musical tastes. “The Copa Room rocks it, relentlessly,” John Katsilometes of the Las Vegas Review Journal has written (6/5/26). A full-service bar is available with well drinks priced at $10-12 and beers between $5-7. There are also $5 well vodka and tequila drinks available at the venue which always offers complimentary self and valet parking.

The official one-year anniversary celebration of the city’s newest rock n’ roll destination is set for Saturday, July 18 when BYOB (System of a Down Tribute) and City of Evil (Avenged Sevenfold Tribute) take the stage. (BYOB launched the venue’s rock shows last year when they performed on July 12.) At the upcoming celebration, the venue will offer free champagne (for those over 21) and cupcakes, along with two giveaways: one-year free entry to rock shows for two as well as a two-night staycation at the hotel and $100 bar credit.

“Guilt Trippin’” begins with a deceptively gentle piano intro and soon bursts into one of SPLAT!’s most unpredictable and exhilarating moments—featuring one of Ian Gillan’s most memorable vocal performances on the album. Behind the music lies another one of SPLAT!’s wonderfully bizarre stories: “Guilt Trippin’” imagines God and Charles Darwin sharing a drink in a pub, reflecting on how things on earth have not exactly worked out according to plan. The accompanying video follows a fly and a sycamore-seed spaceship on a wild ride through the increasingly absurd and dreamlike world of SPLAT!.

“The song starts, and I’m in the studio. I don’t have any words for it yet,” Ian Gillan explains. “So I just start screaming. It was the pure joy of yelling it. I vowed when I was 40 that I’d stop screaming by the time I was 60. Now I’m looking back and thinking, ‘Whatever happened to that?’ So we’ll give it a go.”

DEEP PURPLE—Gillan, Roger Glover, Ian Paice, Don Airey, and Simon McBride—are currently on a major run of European summer dates before the SPLAT! World Tour heads to North America. Tickets are available via Deep Purple’s official website.

There simply aren’t enough superlatives to properly acknowledge the contribution DEEP PURPLE has made to rock music. CRASHING WAYWARD continue to deliver modern rock that’s fiery and arresting with “Going Blind.” It’s the latest track—released today (June 19)—from their upcoming six-song EP THE FIGHT WITHIN, out in the third quarter of 2026 on Golden Robot Records (exact release date TBA). Over the Las Vegas-based band’s signature mix of David Harris’ hypnotic, angular guitar lines and their gale-force rhythms, lead singer Peter Summit paints a vivid portrait of someone who’s cornered by their own desperation. With theatrical flair, he sings: “My eyes they only see you/I’m going blind without you/I’ve seen the light outside/Fade in the dark at night.” View the performance video HERE and listen to the Summit/Harris-written and Shawn McGhee-produced track HERE.

“I wrote the lyrics to feel as if they were speaking of losing the love of your life, explains Summit, “but for me it’s really about losing hope in yourself and the internal screams for help.” He adds: “I only write from what I have experienced or what comes from my own personal perspectives, so ‘Going Blind’ was not going to be any different.”

“Going Blind” went through a dramatic transformation from its beginnings to the final version. As Harris points out, “About five days before we went into the studio, our producer, Shawn McGhee, asked me to come up with some additional guitar melody ideas for the outro chorus. As I was listening to the demo and brainstorming, I started hearing the song in a completely different way. Before I knew it, I was tearing the arrangement apart and rebuilding it from the ground up.” He continues: “Once everyone in the band sat with it, we all agreed the rewrite took the song to another level. Looking back, it was definitely the right call and a great example of how staying open to last-minute inspiration can completely change a song for the better.”

For the “Going Blind” video, directors Shane O’Neal and Deed DeBruno filmed the band performing at a remote outdoor location in Las Vegas, focusing on their animated band chemistry and capturing the isolation expressed in the song. “There are no gimmicks and no special effects, and we do not use AI in our videos,” says Summit. “I just hope to create or capture something cinematic. At the end of the day, all I want is to make sure the band’s performance and energy captured is just how we are live. We want to make everything that we do feel genuine by presenting the most authentic versions of ourselves.”

CRASHING WAYWARD’s upcoming EP will also include the band’s previous singles “Holding For Dear Life” and “Bullet For A Heart.” “Holding For Dear Life” was hailed by the UK’s Classic Rock magazine as a “tight, groovy beefcake of a song” that “manages to be fiery, introspective and energizing at once–the sort of brooding intensity you can dance to” (March 16,2026). ABOUT CRASHING WAYWARD

CRASHING WAYWARD came together in 2020 with a shared urgency to create something real. Comprised of members Peter Summit (vocals), David Harris (Guitar), Carl Raether (Bass), Tucker Jones (Guitar) and Jon Gunder (Drums), their debut album, ‘LISTEN!’, blends modern rock with sharp songwriting and a punch of emotion, capturing the tension and release of a world in lockdown. The lead single ‘Breathe’ picked up traction fast, landing on major playlists and modern rock radio across the U.S. and Canada. Produced by Mike Gillies (Metallica, The Cult), the album introduced a band with something to say, and the sound to back it up.

Recently in the studio with producer Shawn McGhee (Disturbed, Drowning Pool, Strung Out, Dark Chapel), CRASHING WAYWARD is sharpening their sound with a heavier, more direct edge. They’re touring nationally, releasing new music consistently, and gearing up for a high-profile first tour of 2026. Backed by a live show that hits with both intensity and connection, the band is building something bigger, loud, raw, and fully in tune with a new wave of modern rock fans.

ROSS VALORY, the acclaimed original Journey bassist and songwriter, has confirmed August 21 as the release date for the refreshed and remastered version of his debut solo album ALL OF THE ABOVE (OID Music). Available for the first time on vinyl and CD, the updated release includes a new VALORY instrumental track and video for “City Lights.”

This marks the first time ALL OF THE ABOVE—originally released digitally in 2024—will be available on vinyl and CD, and the new version will include a special Purple Swirl Color Vinyl with autographed photo exclusively available via EXPERIENCE VINYL. For “City Lights,” VALORY (who played standup bass on the song) teamed with a talented group of master players: Eric Levy (Night Ranger, Garage Mahal); Steve Smith (Journey and Vital Information); Bobby Strickland (Todd Rundgren); Stevie “Keys” Roseman (longtime Valory collaborator); and Mic Gillette (Tower of Power Horns), who did all the horn arrangements and played trumpet and trombone, including a trombone solo. Together, they “bring a new level of sophistication” to the track [a standout from ROSS’ vast repertoire],” he says. The visually arresting clip for the song is set against the backdrop of New York City—throughout different time periods—capturing the hauntingly seductive instrumental track.

“‘City Lights’ is really about people out and about in the city, possibly in the rain, looking for and finding romance,” ROSS adds with a laugh. “It’s just the simple enjoyment of nightlife and romance…the adventure, the excitement, the spontaneity. Just being out on the town.”

“‘City Lights’ [and the previously released] ‘Nightflower,’ are really sister songs,” VALORY says. “They both have—in terms of the time period that they represent—the flavor of the big city at night, and in particular, Michael [Cotten, the video director] and my impressions of Manhattan. And while the two music videos have a different visual storyline, they’re both related to nighttime in the city.”

The clip marks another collaboration with Cotten who created videos for all the album’s tracks (“Touched, Pt. ll,” “Tomland,” “Wild Kingdom, “Windmill,” “Nightflower,” and ROSS’ interpretation of War’s classic cruising anthem “Low Rider,” “Incident at Neshabur/Senor Blue,” “No One Wins a War.” Watch the “City Lights” video HERE.

ALL OF THE ABOVE was produced by Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Inductee VALORY and co-produced by Eric Levy and Jacob Stowe. The ten tracks on the album represent the full maturity of VALORY’s musical gifts, cutting a broad swath through the instrumental territory the music travels. He plays keyboards, guitar, and, of course, many basses in a display of cultivated virtuosity across a palette far broader than could be found in his work with Journey. He is stepping out from behind his bass and, for the first time in his more than half-century as a professional musician, representing his vision and his compositions.
